The condo was amazing! The views were breathtaking and felt like you were on the beach the whole time! There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Very clean! There was also a great supply of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked.We also enjoyed the location of the condo with easy access to the beach, pools, and hot tub.

Very clean condo, great amount of space for our family, awesome view from balcony. Only odd layout of condo was there was no door in master bathroom separating the toilet area from vanity, but you could tell there used to be. The description online said it was part of Edgewater. We assumed it was one of the three towers, as we had stayed in them the last five years. It was technically part of Edgewater, but it was a longer walk to the big pool and Edgies restaurant. We also found out while we were there that Leeward & Windward condo owners were trying to pay less HOA dues compared to towers or golf course condos, so there was some disconnect with Edgewater staff and people coming from Leeward & Windward buildings.

Short beach trip

We enjoyed this clean, spacious condo. It had everything we needed and was a quick elevator ride or short flight of stairs down to parking lot and the beach. Really enjoyed the large balcony and it’s views. We will definitely stay here again!

My pcb vacation

Everything was just as listed, great location and pretty simple to check in, my door code didn’t work upon arrival but as soon as I called it was good to go, had no other issues with anything there. Overall good place to stay

Wonderful. Everything was 5 star except the too high blue chairs on the balcony. My 80 year old mother couldn’t get up on them. We brought a dining chair out but we had to return it every night and it was heavy.we couldn’t leave it outside because of the possibility of rain.. other than the blue chairs I wouldn’t change anything. I will definitely stay there again.

Washer dryer problems

The only complaint we have is the washer and dryer do not work properly. I did call to have it repaired but no one ever showed up. The washer would not spin and drain and the dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes.

Great location on beach but needs updating

It was nice location right on the beach 2nd floor. We are not usually complainers, but surprised at the poor condition of bathrooms.The bathrooms all need updating badly. The master bath was in the worst shape of all of them and had water stained ceiling tiles throughout- very embarrassing. The kitchen sink has a bad drain design and clogs up when used. We are very surprised at the lack of maintenance and how outdated the bathrooms were for the price we paid. Some bulbs were out in the living room. The deck tables were very sticky from previous tenants. One of the chairs on the deck was broken and couldn't be used. One of the table legs in the living room were broken. We suggest that the owner update and better maintain this condo. for the price paid.
