Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

Looking for the perfect beach house for your family or friends? Look no further! 1401 Gulf Blvd has all you need for your beach getaway! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home accommodates up to 14 people comfortably. The house is tastefully furnished and offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy.

This home encompasses two floors. The first floor entails the entryway to the house, three spacious bedrooms, and access to the pool area. The first guest room features a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. Both of these bedrooms have private access to the backyard and private pool! The third guest bedroom features two sets of bunk beds with Full size beds (4 beds total, sleeps 8) and a flat-screen TV. The second floor consists of the living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as the Master bedroom. The living room provides comfortable seating around a large flat-screen TV and is located just off the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans & dish ware you'll need to cook delicious family meals while you're on vacation. It also features stainless steel appliances. The dining table sits 10 guests and there are 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

This home is conveniently located just across from the beach! Walk to the nearby access and have your toes in the sand in minutes. After a long day in the sun, cool off poolside in your own backyard, or walk to nearby restaurants and entertainment venues for an evening out!

Week guest

Beautiful home near the beach!

What a beautiful place! My family & friends enjoyed the stay just as much as I did. Near the beach, plenty of things to do that are nearby, and a great place for children! Will definitely book again.

Amazing vacation home

We plan to rent with SPI again they’re were very professional from the start constantly communicating up until our trip. It was a very easy process to get the keys and the house was better than the pictures! It was big, cozy and comfortable, can’t wait for our next trip!

Excellent

We had a great stay at this home. Beautiful and clean. Amenities as stated plus more. The owner thought of everything. Beds were very comfortable! Towels were fresh and clean! Very close to the beach! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and easy

This was a perfectly sized house for our larger group with plenty roomfor sleeping. Eating and lounging. Short walk to the beach and stores. Easy rental, check in and check out.

Good times

The house is in a great location. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed the balcony and easy access to the beach. It was clean and modern. Booking and check in/out was easy and the mgmt company was easy to deal with. Loved the beach gear credit. Would stay again!

September vacation

Very impressed with the location and the property itself! Spacious, well furnished and clean this house is ideal for a nice family vacation. A huge plus for being pet friendly! We will definitely return and also recommend SPI Rentals to friends as well! Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful Property

We spent a whole week at this house and loved it. It is a convenient walk to the beach access point. The house is spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen came fully stocked and the beds were comfortable enough. We will definitely rent this property again.

Excellent Vacation

Excellent vacations, our family trip was unforgettable, the house is perfect, very clean, to spacious, pretty, confortable, very close to the beach. The pool size is perfect for kids and adults. Definitely I will be back to this house. Thanks for everything.

Great House Great location

This was the perfect house for a family getting away. 8 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room, nice pool and very close to beach entry. Bunk beds would probably be fine for children, not so much for adults. :-) But still a great stay.

Beautiful and clean home

My family and I with some friends stayed at this house for the Spring break weekend. The home was big enough to fit all eleven of us! The house was very beautiful in person and clean. We arrived late to the staff told us to go straight to the house instead of checking in at the office. That was very thoughtful of them since we had kids with us. They very quick to respond to our request . The house had everything we need. Great location!

Best location beachy vibe

Best location on the island. Everything within walking distance. Beach across the street. No parking issues. House is big, clean, updated and stocked. Plenty of space for groups and kids. Pool was clean and refreshing. We will defiantly be back.

Great Vacay!

This house has the perfect location!!! So close to the beach,restaurants, shopping,etc. the property was very clean and well maintained. Had a small issue when we first arrived called SPI and maintenance was there in minutes to resolve the problem. We had a great time and hope to return soon. I will be using SPI rentals for my next rental.

Nice place to stay and close to the beach

Over all it was a nice place to stay and close to the beach. My husband and I are seniors and the stairs posed a problem. The only way outside in the backyard and pool was down a narrow spiral staircase that had holes rusted out in some of the steps, or you had to go through a bedroom to access it from the ground floor. Also, the listing showed it to have one bedroom with twin beds but it had a king bed instead. So in reality there were three bedrooms with king beds plus the bunk room. Grown siblings don't want to sleep in the same bed. Fortunately I took two air beds with us so we made it work. The listing should be updated with the correct sleeping arrangements.
