40 steps to the sand

Perfect amazing location. 10 steps across the street 40 steps to the sand. We loved the beach the entire day, then coming back and slipping to the pool till dinner. !! enough parking for six vehicles plus side street parking to put the boat.

We really enjoyed this property. We were minutes away from the beach and easily walkable to restaurants. There was plenty of space to lounge and sleep with our 7 guests. There's also a private pool Highly recommend the property and would stay there again!

Great for multigenerational family get away. Great location and bedrooms were very nice. Side balcony (off bedroom) has a perfect view of the beach for sunrise.

We all enjoyed 3419 Gulf Blvd.

We so enjoyed our stay there. The beach access is amazing right out front door and very nicely lined all the way down to the sand very short walk in the sand to the beach. The house is very spacious. Lots of parking space we had four cars there. Also, I would add that if you have very young children or quite elderly, the stairs are a little steep, but we did ok. The pool is nice with a very nice shaded porch to sit under to get out of the sun. Also, there's a garage door opener where you can park cars in the garage and put all your beach things in the garage when you come back from the beach. Great hose in the backyard to wash off all your beach chairs to load them back in your car. And a big plus was that I had rented it for four nights and they offered me an extra night the day before we were supposed to come down at half off that was a lovely plus. We all enjoyed 3419 Gulf Blvd.

My Family and I had great time this wknd the house was perfect for us it was super convenient just a short walk across the street to the beach I would definitely recommend it to anyone, we look forward in booking this property once again in the future

Private pool was worth every penny!

We'll definitely be back! The house was just a short walk to the beach access and was so cozy! There was plenty of space for our family and not having to share the pool with others (like say a condo/hotel) was worth every single penny!

Best beach house

Great layout, design, and plenty of space for our family and friends over the long weekend. Fantastic location right across from beach access and walking distance to dining (palms, meatball cafe, Tom & Jerry's, f&b, and more!) and nightlife. We will be back!

Very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this location.

Took our entire family and the house was a great fit for us. Spacious and relaxing and our kids loved the pool! We enjoyed walks in the evening and mornings and our was right across the street from a beach entrance. We had a few things that we brought to the management's attention and they addressed them right away. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this location.

Our stay was great. Great location. Excellent service from your staff, especially Jasmine who made all my arrangements. Will definitely stay again. I have already made reservations for June. Our AC messed up after a power surge Saturday evening and your AC tech was there in about 20 minutes to fix it.

Amazing customer service, location and private pool!

Super helpful front desk. They were texting me constantly to make sure I knew they were available if I needed anything. Super easy check-in. The pool was perfect with a high fence for optimal privacy. The location is amazing too! Walking distance from the beach. Plenty of parking and just extremely convenient overall. I definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a quick beach getaway.

Perfect spot!

House was perfect spot to get anywhere. Beach access just steps away. No looking for a place to park. Literally walk across the street and you're at the beach with all your things. Kids went from beach to the private pool. Several people asking how to rent this because it's the perfect location.

Perfect Beach House!

Visited South Padre Island with a group of friends/family for a weekend getaway. This beach house was perfect! Very nicely decorated, a lot of room, great balconies on 2 sides of the house with gulf/beach views, and a great outdoor area with pool and lots of space to hang out. The location is perfect as well, with several restaurants/bars within walking distance, and a beach access directly across the street. We will be back!

This was the most memorable stay for me, and my family. When we arrived Ms. Hoshino (I love that name) helped answer all of my questions. She also gave me some great places to check out while we were there. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The house was excellent! The pool was great! The kitchen was not able to accommodate the cookware needed to cook at the house. We did our best to cook with what was available. I would definitely stay there again!
