Knutson & Associates is proud to be offering an incredible direct oceanfront unit in Building 1 at Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! A spectacular second story condominium that is oceanfront living at its finest. Enjoy Relaxation time on your incredible large lanai just a few feet from the water's edge while awaiting Kona's Award Winning Sunsets.

The Living Area is spacious, approximately 1170 interior square feet with the lanai almost another 250 square feet!

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that has everything one could need, with all major appliances: Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Blender, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Cookware, Dishware, All ready for Meals!

The Living Area is open & features A sliding shoji door that opens/closes from the Ocean Facing master bedroom.
The master bathroom features granite counters and a walk-in tile shower with glass doors. Enjoy the use of a washer/dryer in the space as well!
The Master Bedroom Features a King Sized Bed!
The guest bedroom features a Queen Sized & Twin Sized Bed! The Guest Bathroom has a Walk in Shower as well for use too.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

The condo was perfect for our group of five. I would absolutely stay here again. It was thoughtful of the owners to check in and see if we needed anything. The location is fantastic for exploring that side of the island, and the sunsets are absolutely beautiful! Minutes from Kona, beaches, coffee plantations, and shopping. I recommend hitting Costco on the way here from the airport.

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and hearing the ocean all night was amazing. There were a couple days that were a little warm without ac but the fans and ocean breeze made it comfortable. Loved they had all the beach supplies…chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, snorkeling stuff!

The condo itself was nice. Had everything you could ask for except one BIG issue, it was not advertised with no AC. I assumed it had AC since it is a humid warm climate (just like Florida where I live and everyone has AC). This "coastal breeze" people talk about was nonexistent. We sweated all night, every night. I feel like this condo is misrepresented intentionally, knowing that it would not get the business it does if people knew it had no AC. It definitely should have said this in the description.

The listing description does specifically disclose that this condominium does not have air conditioning. This information is provided to guests before booking so they can make an informed decision based on their personal preferences and comfort needs. We certainly understand that air conditioning is important to some travelers, particularly those accustomed to having it year-round. However, many oceanfront condominiums in Hawaiʻi were designed to take advantage of natural trade winds and ocean breezes rather than mechanical cooling. Of course, breezes and temperatures vary depending on weather conditions. We take the accusation of intentional misrepresentation seriously, as we work hard to accurately describe our properties and their amenities. The absence of air conditioning was disclosed, and we would never intentionally mislead our guests. We appreciate your acknowledgment that the condo itself was nice and had everything else you needed. We encourage future travelers to carefully review the property description and listed amenities before booking to ensure the accommodations meet their expectations. Mahalo for staying with us!

Spectacular location, quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to eat most of our meals at the condo while enjoying the sunset. We had no problems and no need to even have contact with the host. Check in and check out was easy. The condo provided beach towels, chairs and snorkeling gear. We highly recommend this host and this condo.

Week of relaxation

Great location! Our family enjoyed the lanai each morning and during sunset when we weren’t visiting other parts of the island. We took advantage of all the beach accessories available to us as well as the pool and community barbecues.

Location was good - ocean is right there and hearing the waves break all night is great. Didn’t need AC. The unit is not newly remodeled - cabinets were worn and there was popcorn ceiling. Linai was nice.

Wonderful stay in Kona

Beautiful condo in a great resort with fun amenities. Listened to the sounds of the ocean at night. Management is helpful and responds quickly to questions. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of heading back to this condo next year.

We come to Kona almost every year. This condo was one of the nicest we've stayed in. The ocean waves kept us very relaxed. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room furniture very comfortable. There was also a good supply of beach equipment. Even though there is no AC, we were very comfortable with the ceiling fans and ocean breeze. I highly recommend this unit.

Can't beat the view!! Don't be concerned about the no A/C... Open up the doors for a cross breeze and they stocked the room with fans so you don't notice it much and we went in late July. Did I mention you can't beat the view?!?!?!

Best sunset ever!

We stayed at this property in early July 2024. The condo was just as described. The condo was fully loaded with pool toys, snorkeling gear and beach chairs and towels. Kids loved the pool and the tennis and volleyball. It was close to everything and the view was absolutely unbeatable!

Breathtaking view

The photos on line do not the view from the lanai justice. We have stayed in many oceanfront properties but this is the best. Unit was clean and very well equipped. It couldn’t have been better.
