Privat villa i hjärtat av Cabo: $ 385 per natt-närmast Medano Beach!

Hannah, thank you for taking the time to review us and for vouching for all the things we really like about the house and location. We'd be happy to host you again anytime. Thanks again, Tim and the property management staff.

Thank you Jacqueline, and we'd love for you to come back too!

Debbie, thank you for choosing us in the first place and thank you for the review. We appreciate both, and hope that you come back soon. Thanks again, Tim and the staff.

Amanda and her group were great and are welcome back anytime. I know the pool is cold in January, so hopefully they can come back when the kids can get in the pool comfortably.

Neel, we are very glad to have had you stay at our home and thankful for you taking the time to share your experience with others. AND, we look forward to you and your friends and family coming back. Thanks for staying with us...Tim

Bryan and Cheryl, Thank you for the post. Yes, I have been preaching the LOCATION for many years. We love it, and are glad you did too. Thanks again.

Loretta, Thank you for taking the time to write the review (otravez)...and for noticing the improvements. I try and do one or two things each year. I'm a contractor, so I just can't leave it alone! Hope to have you back again soon, and we'll see what we can come up with to improve. thanks again, Tim

Bryan, Glad to hear that everybody had a good time and that they are already "pining" to go again. It does get under your skin you know. Hope to have you back sometime soon. Thanks again, Tim

Ed, Glad to hear that your trip went well and that you enjoyed the house. It's always good to hear back from guests, and get confirmation that it really is that much fun in Cabo! Sometimes I think it's just me, but then I hear back from you! Thanks again, and hope to see you next year.

Larry, Thank you for taking the time to write the review about Casa Mario. I hope that your trip was an overall success and that you rang in the New Year with gusto. We have owned the house for the last ten years and made improvements each year, as money allows. The last job was the kitchen--which I haven't even seen yet but will in a couple of weeks. NEXT on the list are new windows and doors for the bedrooms. Sound proofing the bedrooms has been on my mind for a few years now, and I am aware that the street can be heard at times--it was a lot quieter when it was sand! Dirtier, but quieter. You're right that it's a two edged sword, being close to everything has a couple of drawbacks, sound from the street being one of them. Give me a ring before you plan your next trip, and I'll be able to let you know if we have the sliding doors and windows done by then. Thanks again, Tim

Paul--well said. I really couldn't write a better review myself. For all of the reasons you mentioned I prefer to stay here rather than at our house in the Pedregal. Well said Paul. Thank you, and hope to have you back again. The Italian Job opened back up last night, and we were there!

Brittney, thank you for taking the time to review us and for letting us know about the issues you experienced. Obviously we strive for perfection for every guest, so I am a little disappointed to hear about the keys (salt air wreaks havoc on the locks) and the pool (depends on the wind--pool guy comes twice a week to clean and treat). And the word picture on the floaters! I am assuming you mean the filtered water? The whole review has been sent to the property manager and I am sure I will get an update. Glad you had no "major" issues. Thanks, Tim

Thank you Sabina for taking a moment to write us a review. We DO hope that you come back soon, and take in some more of that good food!

Thanks Brian for taking a moment to write us a review. We hope you had a great time and can come back someday soon. Thanks, Tim

Thank you Ryan and glad you had a good time and found the house to be comfortable. We love the proximity to everything best, but all the other things are good too. Hope to have you back someday soon.

Amie, Glad you found the place comfortable and convenient...we love it for the same reasons. I hope you do indeed come back and stay with us again, especially since you still need to check that Italian Job box on your "to do" list. Thanks for taking the time to review us too. Sincerely, Tim

Duy, thank you for taking the time to write the review. I know what you are talking about, the front room does pick up some mild wiffyness every now and then. I hate to say that it's part of Mexico, but sometimes it is. Glad everything else was good for your trip.

Ashi, Thanks for taking the time to write the review. Very glad you had a great time. My only question is, how in the world did you guys do all that in just four days! Awesome. Glad you had fun, and hope to have you back someday. thanks, Tim

Dan, Thanks for taking a moment to jot down your review. I am glad you had fun and the house worked out for your group. Hope you come and see us again sometime. Thanks, Tim

Thanks Joe for the kind words. Hope to have you again next year.

Kim, I am so glad you had a great time and enjoyed the house and all the amenities within a stone's throw. You save money and precious time just walking up the street to really great restaurants, the beach, and marina. There was a little added pressure for your trip because you are in the vacation service business too, guiding fishing trips in Canada. I am glad it all worked out well, and see from the photos that fishing was a success. Hope to have you back someday soon. thanks, Tim
