This Spacious 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath townhowne has been completely Renovated in 2021. Walking distance to lots of awesome restaurants, bars, and the OC Convention Center. OC favorites in walking distance such as Seacrets, Shotti’s, Barn 34, and Coconuts. Two designated parking spaces and a community barbecue grill. Plus beautiful sunset views from our three (3) decks! Decks overlook canal on the bay. One block from the ocean.

The property was beautiful. Allowed my family to have their own spaces so we weren't on top of each other. Great location to all the things and close to walk to the beach. Owners had an open line of communication and checked in to make sure everything was going ok and to let us know they were avaliable if we needed anything. We had an amazing time!

Awesome Spot

This is our second year in a row staying here for bike week. This place is a great location to every thing. There is plenty of space, really nice and well maintained. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely home

The home is beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the balconies and the easy check in/check out process. Everyone loved the house. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

The townhouse was beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing. Loved sitting out on one of the 3 decks in the morning and evening. Had a small issue that was taken care of immediately. Would definitely love to stay there again!

Great place in a great location

This was a great place for our family to stay and is located very close to the beach, a short walk, and a short drive to the boardwalk. 4 very nice beach chairs were included with our stay. There are a lot of stairs so not good for someone who cannot navigate that. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The Host, Jim, and Property Manager, Sharon were very responsive. It was very quiet, instead of the hustle and bustle of staying on the Boardwalk. I highly recommend staying here. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place. Thank you!

Perfect spot for vacation

This renovated unit was perfect for my family and my parents. The rooms were big and clean. I liked the 3 full bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. We were within walking distance to great restaurants. The beach was very close. It was nice to be able to use the beach chairs the owner provided.

We had a great time on vacation. The condo itself was nice but the top floor bedroom needs a new mattress It was extremely uncomfortable and me and my husband kept rolling to the middle of the bed. I wish you had cable TV. It was very difficult working with the TVs to even watch local news and the unit needs a new washing machine. overall, we were very comfortable and my family. Had a great time.

Great Place

My fiancé and myself, went down to OC Bike Week with two other couples. We decided to this pretty last minute about a few weeks before. We found this place and it was perfect. It was actually at are great location we were near everything but by being on the bayside still gave us some separation from all of craziness. It was also great having two parking spots that were covered so we didnt have to worry about bringing covers for our motorcycles. The place it self was freshly updated and really nice. We definitely will book this place again.
