The place was very clean, nice quiet location and close to everything we wanted to do in Branson! Just had issues with getting in the place when we got there, code wouldn’t work and the key barely did

Nice view

The View was nice and the air was cold, but the sheets were dirty, there was no coffee, one of the bedroom TVs didn't work and the repairman never came, difficult entry into the unit and the back deck was not completely safe.

Great Location and Quiet

We specifically looked for a place by Fall Creek as we have stayed in the area before. Super quiet and less traffic off the main stretch but still close to be where you want to go within 10-15min throughout Branson. Extremely clean, plenty of room for our family of 4. Nice view of the river!

Not worth it.

We arrived at 8:00pm everyone wanted to shower a family of 5. My husband, mom who is a stoke survivor, and 2 daughters 12,13. Shower was very dirty in the downstairs restroom, shower curtain had pink mold on it. As we woke up Tuesday morning we was very amazed at the beautiful lake view on the balcony so we all went outside, we then decided to play UNO cards as a family on the balcony. The neighbor next door comes out and says we are to loud. This lady had her balcony door wide open of course you going to hear everything as her two miniature dogs keep coming out barking at us. As she stated this to us very nasty we went inside. I went back outside by myself to view the lake scene her door still wide open. At approximately 4:47pm I get an email and text from Vasaca saying a neighbor called about a noise disturbance and a possible eviction. I immediately called Vacasa and informed them of the situation the representative informed me to send over any pictures I did of her dogs barking and her balcony door wide opened. I did what was asked only for Vasaca to tell me it’s a civil matter. So this listing is a false advertisement because you can’t enjoy the lake view you have to be on pins and needles and hope she doesn’t complain. I woke up the next morning at 6:30am to look at the lake her balcony door still wide open. At this point I was feeling harassed. I called Vasaca and asked for the owner number they told me they couldn’t give it out. The entire stay we were in. No view.

Very Nice

This unit was clean, comfortable, cute, and had a great view of the White River! Host was responsive and check-out instructions were minimal, which was nice as well. Altogether, very pleased and will be staying here again on our next Branson trip.

Perfect getaway

We had a couple hiccups that were communicated and fixed promptly. Loved the personal touches and decor. We plan on using thos place for future frequent stays. Would highly recommend.

Great location in Branson for a small group

Very cute place with a wonderful view of the river on the deck. Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen could use some hot pads for oven items and maybe a TV Chanel guide would be helpful?

Horrible

Nicely decorated but thats all. Chips on the floor in kitchen. Reviews that i read mentioned cleanliness but i was told everything had improved but it hadnt. Communication with host was hardly none. We had to wait several hours for response. Was told things before booking but was not true. I went against my gut when Reviews said dont stay there. I should have listened. Dont waste your time staying here. I knew the layout of this condo because we had stayed at one like it before. There is a window at the top of a high ceiling in the bedroom. I asked was it covered and i was told no window was there but it was. The light is so bright you cant sleep in there. So..... when we contacted them they said they would come while we were gone out for the day that they would come and cover it which requires a ladder or i would have covered it. Needless to say they never showed up. No Communication. No one local to help. Never again will i stay where there is no communication!!!

Nice place, location, and price.

This place was very clean and cool upon arrival except for a very strong musty/sour odor in the downstairs bedroom. We reached out for someone to come take a look but not sure if that happened, nor did it get any better. If that wasn’t present, this would be 5 stars and more highly recommended.

Don’t stay here!

This property is…. A DIRTY run down neglected mess! They Should be ashamed of them selves for what they charged for this disaster! If you want a nice, clean place to stay, there are plenty of other places. This place has broken stairs, broken doors, smelly air conditioning, food on walls & curtains and people who don’t care when you call to tell them!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere nice! P.S. Be careful not to trip over the Christmas rug that goes out to the deck in July!!! I could go on and on, but there’s not enough room!

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful time!. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend! A few things were left behind. So maybe the cleaning crew could do a little better!
