This spectacular four-bedroom, four-bath retreat has a great open floor plan perfect for any family and is accented in fun beachy pastels. There’s no doubt that you are at the oceanfront. Step first into the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a granite countertop breakfast nook which is perfect for a quick snack. There’s plenty of kitchen cabinet space and pantry storage for your groceries and meal prepping. State-of-the-art appliances are also available for even the most particular gourmet chef. Step through the sliding glass doors to the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay Wildlife Reserve that await you from the large private corner balcony. In the morning, enjoy breakfast out here while watching the ocean sunrise as seagulls and pelicans feast on the ocean's bounty. In the evenings, take a cocktail out and look to the east where you can witness the incredible colors of the setting sun on the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve. Don't forget to have your camera ready because we're sure you will want to capture the moment. Posting these pictures is even easier as we have complimentary WiFi access. There is finally an inviting and fun open floor plan allowing great get-togethers with plenty of room to spare. All modern electronics and appliances will surely make your time fun and exciting.

All of the bedroom suites are fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to have a relaxing and stress-free vacation. Inside these plush quarters, we have included queen beds in three of the bedrooms and a full-size over twin bunk bed set with an additional twin trundle. There are TVs in all the bedrooms with premium Cox cable channels, dressers or closet storage, private bathroom or easy bathroom access, and sitting chairs or private balcony access. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
