Välkommen till vår charmiga Duplex i Granada Gates som ligger bredvid Warm Mineral Springs Park, berömda Florida Fountain of Youth, där vattentemperaturen är 85 ¬F året runt, den innehåller 51 mineraler, och den är en av de högsta mineralinnehållen i någon mineralsk vår i Förenta staterna. På Warm Mineral Springs Park hittar du en dag full av avkoppling. Du hittar många andra aktiviteter på Myakka River State Park och flera trevliga golfstränder i området, sträckta sig från Boca Grande Island till Venice Jetties, till Siesta Key Beach, där du ska jaga efter förhistoriska hajtänder, titta på delfiner i Venedig Stranden, och se Wilde Life vid Myakka River och fisk eller mangrove reser, det finns så många för en aktiv person också! Kom in och njut av föryngrande helande vatten och fantastiska aktiviteter runt innan du återvänder till lugna nätter i vårt totalrenoverade hus. Njut av fullt utrustat nytt kök, Queen Bed med Posturepedic SEALY Madrass och Queen Size Bäddsoffa för avslappnad sömn. 55 ”Ultra HD TV-apparat för att strömma LG-kanaler eller använda Internet och Netflix för underhållning. Ja, det är 9 min bilresa till Atlanta Braves NEW Spring Stadium. Huset var ursprungligen byggare designad och byggd som Duplex med helt privata bekvämligheter och uppfart. Underbara mogna träd som omger huset ger en trevlig atmosfär på soliga varma dagar.

Good Value

The overall stay was good. The unit was as advertised, very clean and bed was comfortable. The place has all you need to be comfortable. Location for us was good and met our needs, it didn't take too long to get anywhere. The home is located in an area of older homes and it was pretty quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again and thank Gregg for the use of his home.

Nice stay

Property was very clean, kitchen well stocked (although had to clean Keurig water container. Appeared to have little knats in the water. Maybe from the water just sitting in the container). Otherwise property was nice.

Nice property

We stayed here for two weeks. Everything worked. It has a nice screened in porch. Because of the hurricane, Warm mineral springs is temporarily closed so that was a disappointment. I could easily walk in the neighborhood. Sidewalks are available just a half a block away. This is a great central location to many things to do. I recommend this for a couple. Very cozy.

Before arriving at the property, owner/property management sent me a document that gave us the security number to enter the property and various instructions. The code did not work and when we attempted to reach someone by cell we did not get a response until 3-4hours later. By that time we had to book a hotel. Since we traveled all day, got to the property around 6pm and no response until after 10pm. We were exhausted. We were able to get in the next morning and the home was clean and provided all we needed. The surrounding area wasn’t horrible just a little run down.

Disappointing

The property is located at the edge of a neighborhood of many homes with unkept appearance. Arriving for a 17 night stay, we were provided with 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. There were dead spiders in the living room and a dead cockroach in the bedroom. There was closet space but no hangers were provided. The sheets did not fit the bed either, so we purchased, towels and wash cloths, hangers and sheets. When used, the dryer made an awful screeching noise which was so loud you had to shout to have a conversation. When we used the oven to heat a pizza, it smoked so badly it set off the fire alarm. We left over a week early.

In a nice residential neighborhood but convenient to restaurants, shopping and, of course, Warm Mineral Springs. No complaints on property condition or amenities as it was very much as expected. Very adequate size for two adults even with small bath. Shower should really have grab bars for safety and a shelf for soap / shampoo would be a nice addition. Overall, the listing photos show the details as we found them. We found this property VRBO to be far superior and more economical compared to hotels.

Granada Gates at Warm Mineral Springs

Place was clean and accomodating. Everything worked fine. You can walk to the Mineral Springs! Host is responsive and communicates right away. This is a nice place in North Port and is handy to shopping and lots of dining options.

Crazy neighborhood

The house was fine for the money. The furniture was a bit uncomfortable but tolerable. It could have used a few more bath towels. We did have neighbor's that seemed to quarrel a bit and a police incident with several police cars in our front yard with a school bus and a very unfriendly neighbor. There was a wonderful dog park a mile away.

Relaxing and easy location to destinations.

I stayed at this home between the Miami Beach and Orlando scene. It was a great place to catch my breath, check in with work, do some laundry and just be calm between the vacation storms. The owner was very pleasant and check in was very easy. The only thing I suggest is that this home does not have basic condiments if you plan on doing your own meal. Salt, pepper, that sort of thing. It does however provide the dishes and cooking items that you need. Thank you to this owner for providing your home to me.
