Själva huset är en bungalow duplex som har två helt självständiga enheter. Du kommer att ha din egen enhet, parkering plats och bakgård utrymme.
Vackert inredda, mycket rena, ljusa och Nice denna enhet har ett fullt utrustat kök med alla nödvändiga tillbehör (mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, tallrikar, kastruller och stekpannor etc.); vackra och mysigt allrum med en mjuk soffa, fåtöljer och TV med underhållningskanaler. Det finns en trådlös internet ansluta överallt i enheten.
Det finns två sovrum ett med en dubbelsäng och ett annat rum har två enkelsängar. Enheten har en toalett (handdukar) och en utanför uteplats. Trädgården har vackra apelsin fruktträd. Det finns en asfalt samt.

- Var energibesparande: låt inte vattnet rinna om yo inte använder den, släcker belysningen i de rum du inte använder eller när man lämnar huset.
- Tyvärr husdjur är inte tillåtna.

Orange View Property (B)

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for our plans. Close proximity to everything we had planned as well as unplanned beach trips. The amount of shells on Manasota Key are unbelievable and I hear that there are many sharks teeth to be found, too. We did find one sharks tooth, lots of Atlantic Augers and Olives.

Christmas vacation

House was great! Property needs a little clean up. Like a good manicure. Didn't do much cooking but only one good frying pan. Hostess was prompt with replies and informative!

Enjoy the shower and lanai

This property has a well supplied kitchen with lots of cooking utensils, plates and pans. It's clean, well decorated and comfortable inside. The newer AC unit is on an unlocked digital thermostat and appliances work as they should. There is not an automatic dishwasher. The oversized shower head is a treat! Plenty of linens are supplied. Listening to the birds while sitting on the lanai is pleasant. There's a small library / book exchange and a couple 300 piece puzzles. Beware the hay on the dog puzzle is challenging. :-) Exterior of building and landscaping could use a little TLC. Marina is a great host. J & M St Cloud, MN

GEM of a Vacation Spot

This home was absolutely perfect!! Beautiful decor, super clean, we had everything we needed!! AWESOME lanai and backyard patio, spacious rooms. A great home away from home. Very close to shopping and restaurants and beaches just a short drive. Marina was attentive and the perfect hostess.

Nice clean place to stay

It was a smaller space but we expected that. It is tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and very comfortable with all we needed. It is close to North Port which was why we were in Fla. The orange tree in the yard is a pleasant sight for Michigan folks. We would definitely come again as it was all we needed for our visit at a very reasonable price and Marina was awesome to work with! Thank you Marina!

Nice place.
