Central location with easy access to highways - 10 minutes from the Plaza, 11 minutes to downtown, 22 Minutes to Arrowhead! The kitchen is completely brand new and stocked with cooking essentials and a coffee bar. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage. We are pet-friendly! Each bedroom has its own smart TV.

The house is clean and in a convenient location. The house is older and has been fixed up, there are some chips and dings which we didn’t mind especially as we had a toddler with us. They had a crib, pack n play, a high chair and some toys which was nice. The water pressure was fantastic, and the back yard is large and nice. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions we had.

Our host Jessie was super responsive and helpful. This was our first time to rent a airb&b and when we come back to KC we will do it again. And our Stella loved the backyard.

We loved the space for our 2 year old and our small dog. Huge backyard can’t wait to go back during the summer to really enjoy the huge backyard when we visit family over the summer. Great spring break stay for us.

We stayed here with our three kids while visiting family. The house was perfect. It was in a quiet location, our boys loved the big backyard and it even came with a crib for our baby! We will definitely be back.

Overall good. Might be helpful to let potential guests know that it’s not pet-allergen friendly. I also recommend finding natural cleaning/air scent products. Glade type stuff is so bad. So we had a formidable stay overall, but I will likely look elsewhere for next time if those issues aren’t addressed. Thank you!

Great location - fit us perfectly!

Great use of space and great location for every place we needed to be. Grocery store and liquor store super close. Our pups loved the completely fenced in back yard. Fire pit was used nightly! We would stay here again.

Perfect 2 bedroom in a quiet location. Very clean and a great sized back yard for our 4 legged fur baby. Property manager was very attentive and a great communicator. Will definitely be back!

Super Convenient Location to Anywhere in KC

We wanted a place where we had a yard for our dog, and that was convenient to all of our favorite places in Kansas City. This home did not disappoint. We could get anywhere in KC with ease. Great Place!

Property was close to everything which was nice. Furniture is a little outdated and home is in need of some minor repairs but it wasn't a bad stay. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. The backyard was really nice and our dog enjoyed it. We were woken up twice during our stay. Once by a vendor needing access to the yard & garage and again by the landscapers. That was frustrating but I can't imagine that's a constant issue. The host was very communicative, with was much appreciated. We would consider staying again.

5 Days - Felt like home

My teenage daughter and I traveled for a volleyball tourney in KC, MO. This house offered us the space and amenities we were looking for to feel relaxed and “at home” after long days in a noisy and stressful environment. The host was super responsive and available for answering questions! The house was just as pictured: clean, cute, and a quiet neighborhood. My daughter and I both felt very safe. The fire flies, chipmunks, and squirrels were just the icing on the cake! 15 min easy drive to KC, MO. Short 2 min drive to stores and a couple of restaurants. Overland Park is just a short 10 min drive away. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for our needs

This house was comfortable and perfect for our trip to the conference we attended. Most evenings we got home after dark and the solar lights and motion lighting really helped. I enjoyed seeing the chipmunks and squirrels every morning in the ample back yard. I would definitely rent again if I’m in the area.

Charming

We needed somewhere to stay while in town for the NASCAR race and to visit with family. This was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. The hosts where available, but not needed, which is always nice. Thank you.
