NEW ANDELS -2008, ligger i ett lugnt West End område i Panama City Beach, men nära till alla bekvämligheter. Trevlig vacker strand, aldrig för trångt. Förhöjda stranden pool och spa, träningsrum / gym med toppmodern firness utrustningen. Trevlig lobby med vänlig personal. Alla strandaktiviteter är tillgängliga och kan bokas i vår strand.

Palazzo en av de finaste byggnader på stranden, mycket låg densitet med endast 129 enheter, behöver du inte känna trångt även på de mest trafikerade helgerna. Den garage på samma byggnad är ett stort plus. Vi är ca 1 mil från Pier Park med all shopping, biografer och underhållning. Outlet shopping är 35 miles i Destin. Den internationella flygplatsen ligger bara 8 miles från byggnaden.

Vår enhet har tre sovrum, tre badrum. Snyggt inredda med en Kings storlek säng i sovrummet, en Queen size på det andra sovrummet med eget badrum, och 2 enkelsängar i barnens rum. 46-tums TV med DVD och video i vardagsrummet, Internetanslutning med Wi-Fi och trådbunden anslutning. Andra och tredje rum med TV / DVD. Väl levererade kök för alla dina behov. Vi älskar vårt andra hem och hoppas att du har en underbar semester!

This is the 2nd time staying here- will stay here again!

The condo is very clean, it had everything we needed. The owner is very gracious. We had a air conditioning problem when we first got there (these things happen so it wasn't a big deal)- the repair man was there that evening and then back to finish the next morning, which was Sunday. That says a lot about the owner and the contractors she works with. We appreciated everything and will be back next year!!

Successful Family Trip

The condo is exactly as listed. It was perfect for our group of 5. The location is just outside the hustle and bustle yet close enough to everything. The next time we go back to Panama, we will definitely stay here again.

2024 Vacation

Beautiful view from the condo. The owner was quick to respond to all issues we had while we were there. Unit could use some updates on bedding. Cleaners aren't doing a good job keeping the unit clean, and owner aware of issues.

Great host! Great location!

Great location! We loved being in an area away from the busy side of town. Restaurants and the pier were minutes from the condo. The beach was perfect because it wasn’t crowded like other condos. Great location for families. Natalia was very helpful with registering our vehicles. She was just a text away. She even responded in the middle of the night. Definitely recommend staying in her condo.

Lovely condo at Palazzo

The condo was clean and nice. During our stay the pool was closed and the building was being painted. But it was located close to all activities and was an enjoyable trip! Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Great family vacay!

The online listing was dead on. The condo is beautiful and spacious. We had 7 with us and had plenty of room. As other commenters have said the parking garage is a little tight but we navigated, a rented, Dodge Durango in it just fine. Natalia was easy to work with and quick to respond. Having two chairs and an umbrella was great! My kids and I have always done beach vacations and they said this was the best condo and beach yet. We had an absolute blast and will definitely book again for the next family vacation.

Gulf Coast Jam stay

Beautiful Ocean Views

Our family enjoyed our vacation at this lovely condo! My only suggestion is to stock up with more of the essentials and to update all of the TV’s but the location was great and enjoyed waking up to Ocean Views every morning and walking straight out to the beach from the condo!

Beautiful Condo

The place is nicer in person and very clean. I drove from another state, so I got there quite late and was tired. The check-in could've not have been more easier. The host was very helpful in answering all my questions. There is a parking fee that is additional which is very common; I have no complaints! The elevators were not crowded, nor was the beach. I could easily find close parking at all times. I loved how beach service was included, although we didn't have time to use the pool. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo!

Neat and well-equipped

We loved 3 beds and baths. It was comfortable and very convenient. We love the pool and the uncrowded beach area. It was better equipped than other condos in the same building.

Great location and all the essentials

This condo has all the essentials and was well maintained. Location was also great and across the street was a candy store, Sunsations store, ice cream/coffee, and Pizza Hut. All look so in walking distance was a pharmacy and grocery store. Extra parking across the street as well that made it easier for our bulky truck to park. Parking garage is super tight. No ramps and quite a few stairs so that was a Drawback when taking a loaded wagon to the beach. Had to have 2 people carry it down the stairs.

My husband and I are originally from Colombia. We are both physicians and have 3 kids: Isabella (25), Nicolas (23), and Julian (14). We love the beach, and we got our dream come true in 2008 when we bought our beautiful condominium at Palazzo.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had been vacationing in this area for about 10 years prior, allowing us to see the beautiful transformation of PCB, the development of Pier Park, the new International Airport, and many more family oriented activities. Panama City Beach is evolving to be one of the nicest family oriented beach vacation areas. There's plenty to do for everyone.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have a nice private beach, and we can hear the ocean from our balcony, which also offers a stunning view of the beach. Although the unit number is 307, it is actually located on the 7th floor, since the first four floors are parking. We are in a quiet, family oriented area of Panama City, but also close to the main areas like Pier Park (less than a mile). Frank Brown Park is very close ( we enjoy playing tennis there). All the beach activities (banana boat, parasailing, etc) are right on our beach, which means there's no need to go anywhere else.
