This beautifully furnished, two bedroom, two bath, Gulf-front, ground-floor condominium is located only 200 feet from the Gulf of Mexico in exclusive Belleair Beach. Decorated with a European flair, this condominium has granite countertops. stainless steel appliances. marble floors. and a large wine cooler. The great room view of the Gulf has five large sliding glass doors while the Master bedroom has a two sliding glass door view of the Gulf.

This condominium features a private entrance, two assigned parking spaces, direct access to the Gulf, along with a swimming pool overlooking the Gulf. The unit is fully furnished with king size bed in the Master and twin beds in the second bedroom. Belleair Beach is a residential community on the Gulf of Mexico. It is only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. 90 minutes to Disney World and other Orlando attractions.

We are only minutes from world famous Clearwater Beach where you will find restaurants, attractions, cruises, golf, sport fishing, parasailing, sail boat rentals, ski boat rentals, jet skiing, concerts, miniature golf, tennis, and much more. So come stroll the beautiful white dunes and swim with the dolphins.🐬 Important Notice Beach Renourishment Project (August 2025 Onward)
We want to make you aware that Pinellas County has scheduled a Beach Renourishment Project starting in early August. The work will begin in Sand Key and move south, which means it may affect direct beach access and views during your stay.
While we don’t control the timing or scope of the project, we want to be fully transparent:
•The beach in front of the condo may be temporarily inaccessible
•There may be trucks, large equipment, and sand-pumping barges working nearby
•Noise and limited beach access are possible during construction

This beachfront paradise was amazing!!! The home was exceptionally clean, updated and had everything you would possibly need. The pool and private beach were only steps away from your patio. This is a very quiet, small and well maintained complex…perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The owner, Sam, was also exceptionall…..was forthcoming with all information needed for the stay and always informative and prompt in responding. This is by far one of the best vacations our family has ever had and we plan to visit again!!!!

This beachfront condo is exactly as pictured! It is a clean, updated place with an amazing location! The pool was clean and warm. The beach is steps from the patio. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, floats, noodles, and sand buckets for use. There was even a kite in the closet though we did not get it out. We had plenty of beach towels and bath towels as stated in description. The beds were soft and comfortable. There is an ice machine for filling a thermos for the beach. There is a coffee machine with regular brew or k-cups. We did not cook dinner here, but it seemed there were lots of pots and pans available. The grocery store is about 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away in Indian Rocks Beach or in Clearwater Beach. The beach is pretty empty in August in this area. No lifeguards, but safe and clean. The other renters in this complex were very friendly. My tween daughter would say this was her favorite family trip! I would not hesitate to rent from Sam again. He was very responsive and quickly dealt with an issue with the sliding glass door handle. It was fixed in less than 24 hours. He was a great host!

Best location

Lovely unit, clean and welcoming. The Host was very kind. If you are looking for a close location to the beach this is it. Watching sunsets from beach or back porch just gorgeous.

Couldn’t say anything better about this condo! The location is phenomenal! Perfect for my small family (myself and two toddlers boys). 17 steps the to pool and 23 steps to the beach. LOVED IT.

Amazing property!

The property is located RIGHT on the beach and next to the pool. The water was crystal clear and not crowded. Sam was very communicative during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot emphasize how amazing the condo was-it was clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything. I can’t wait to go back!

The condo is in a great location. Spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Gulf and sunsets. Sam was a wonderful host. He reached out a couple times to make sure everything was to our liking and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING STAY

Enjoyed location and that it is steps from the sand! When we walked in the GROUND LEVEL condo it smelled so nice and was super clean. The ocean is at eye level! Condo is exactly as pictured and described. There were plenty of towels/beach towels and wash cloths. Sam also had an entire outside closet with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, toys, and even fishing poles to use! The space was really wonderful and quiet. Just want we wanted! Sam was very attentive throughout the entire trip!

Bellaire Beach get away.

Our stay was wonderful in all aspects with one exception. The Red Tide made our 1st five days very uncomfortable. Anytime you went outside on the deck, by the pool and on the beach your nose would run, your nose and throat burned and a constant cough. Finally on our 6th day the wind changed to the northwest and it was pleasant outside. I don't know what Florida is going to do about the Red Tide.

Great little place in paradise

This condo sits foot steps away from the beach. The view from your living room and patio is absolutely breathtaking. The Gulf of Mexico in this part of Florida is between emerald green and sapphire blue, depending on the day. It is a great place for families or couples. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Sam was a wonderful host!! He was available for any question or issue we had. We only had a couple of questions the first day and after that we didn't really need any more assistance because everything was provided in this beautiful condo unit. Sam goes the extra mile in doing beautiful, artistic touches with the towels, as well as providing paper goods and toiletry items. There is a Publix nearby if you happen to need anything else. This was a wonderful experience for our special anniversary trip. I would highly recommend this beautiful place and Sam as a wonderful host.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our week at this beautiful condo located directly on the beach! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy! What makes this condo so special, is that it's just steps away from the beach. Also, this condo is located in a smaller complex which makes for less crowds at the pool and beach. The owner was an absolute joy to work with and very responsive if you need anything during your stay!

Perfect

We had the best vacation here that we have ever had. The condo, the location, the ease of dealing with Scott and Will and the peacefulness of Belleair Beach can not be duplicated in our eyes.

Relaxing and Beautiful

It doesn't get much better than the experience we had here. Every amenity and personalized service from the owner made this our most memorable stay at a beach.

The Great Escape

This is simply a wonderful place to escape and enjoy the beach and sun. The setting is perfect and the condo is so comfortable and well-appointed. We have been coming to the area for almost 20 years, and this is our favorite place to stay. Not only is the condo beautiful, but Will and Scott make us feel so welcomed. They go out of their way to ensure that we have everything we need and that our stay is relaxed and worry-free. We have stayed in this unit twice now, and we will be back for sure!!

Great view!

We just returned from spending a week in this condo. We loved the location. The beach and pool were just feet away. It was quiet and peaceful and not overcrowded. Will and Scott were super friendly, available, and met us upon our arrival. The couches, chairs, and beds were comfortable. It was a bonus that they had some beach equipment available. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand castle building supplies. Because I believe reviews are meant to be beneficial to the owner, as well as the renter, there were a couple areas that could be improved: * poor wifi for streaming movies-may need new router, more bandwidth, not sure but could not watch movies without them being dropped constantly. I know you're thinking why would you be inside watching movies…we have teenagers, need I say more. * poor water pressure * plenty of towels but only 2 washcloths * needs basic pot, pan, and skillet set, as well as more silverware * needs updated rental procedure; i.e. you can't use a credit card or pay through home away so basically you have no fraud protection which is a little unsettling; however, Scott and Will were readily available via phone and email which provided us with enough confidence to book the unit. Despite the above, we would definitely recommend this condo. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Wow!

We have been visiting Sonrisa for many years and for the last two years have spent a month in this beautiful condo on Belleair Beach. It is furnished to a very high standard with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation and Will and Scott are a phone call away if you have a problem. Right on the beach with views to die for, wonderful restaurants close by its our paradise!

The beauty and serenity of the small complex directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. There is no commercialism or high rise buildings in the Town of Belleair at all, and its white sandy beaches lend to quiet walks along the water.
