Perfect place in a great location

We had a wonderful time in Belleair beach. The place was quite and just as pictured. Its so close to the beach and the pool, you just feel you found the perfect vacation spot. Kathy was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back.

Short Stay on the Coast

This place had a wonderful view of the coast. Although the weather was not the best for us, we made the best of our stay. It may have been the farthest location from the parking lot, but well worth the trip! Great deck for tanning and watching the sun set over the Gulf.

Great location!

The condo at Belleair Beach was quiet, clean and steps away from the beach! We really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo condo. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for us and we really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Excellent beach property for a small family

Spent a 4 day weekend in Clearwater with my husband and our two teens. This beach house was comfortable and perfectly situated for our needs. The view is outstanding and the area is quiet. We appreciated having access to the small pool and beach chairs and umbrellas.

Best beach vacation

We loved staying here! The town is quiet and not as busy as neighboring towns. A quick walk to the beach or pool. Pool was not over crowded like previous places we stayed. The view was absolutely amazing!!! The condo has everything you need. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great spring break for family!

We have a 6, 9, and 11 year old. This condo was perfect for our family. It is updated and clean with fantastic beach access and a pool when you need a break from the ocean. Great location, close to everything you need and includes easy parking. We can't wait to go back.

Location location location with $1 million view. Belleair beach is a quite hamlet

Beautiful community that borders busy Clearwater and quieter Indian rocks beach. Great restaurants and shops on gulf Blvd or just across the bridge in Belleair shores. Commutation with the owners and property manager seamless. We are definitely coming back again

Wonderful Stay!

We had a blast at this home! The owner, Dale, was incredibly responsive and on top of things. The property management company was difficult to get ahold of and did not provide check in instructions. The home itself was BEAUTIFUL! Well maintained and everything we hoped for - we will be back!

PERFECTION

Our family of 6 comfortably enjoyed this perfect location with a great porch overlooking the ocean, a fun pool and great food and activities in Clearwater and Indian Rocks just minutes from the house. All the beach supplies were provided and we brought our bikes and rode along the sidewalks each day. The beach feels endless in both directions with shells and beautiful birds along your walk. We even saw dolphins! This was a great Spring Break adventure!!

Beach front stay

Family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Property and unit were neat and clean. The property was located on the beach front exactly as described and shown in photos. Could see dolphins some mornings and evenings swim by from the living room. Kids ran out and watched from beach front too. There were beach chairs and beach umbrellas as well as sand toys and styrofoam cooler with ice packs in freezer ready to go for our long lazy beach days. Weather was great and while there is a pool on property we spent every day on the beautiful beach! Short drive for shopping and dining in Clearwater beach. Thank you and we certainly would stay again next time we’re back in the area!

Beautiful water views!!

Good location, house was well appointed, and the description was true. Two small downsides….the beach was not very big and wasn’t very clean. (The City could have done more to rack and clean the seed grasses and dead fish!) And the uneven floors could have been a safety hazard. That all being said I would recommend this property!!

Beach Oasis!!

First off… the view… unbelievable!!!!! You can’t stay any closer to the beach unless you were on the beach! Great, fast communication with owner! Very clean and comfortable condo with anything you might need. Adorable beach decor and very “homey”!! Loved the location with it being close to the action (most everything within 10 min) without being in the middle of the action. I like things a little more low key. Beach was never super crowded and loved the option of using the pool! We will be back 100%!!!!!!

This place is CLOSE to the water. The view from the living room is everything you could want. The location is quiet. The unit is stocked with everything you could need including an umbrella, beach chairs and toys. If you are planning to cook for yourself this is a great unit. I was looking to book a stay next year but was shocked to see the price had doubled. I guess that’s what 99 glowing reviews does to a place. This is a can’t miss unit. You will love your stay.

We are now making this condo stay an annual thing, it was THAT GREAT!

As soon as we walked up the stairs to the condo and saw the view, my heart skipped a beat. The condo was more than we could have ever imagined! The kids and I all agreed, it felt as if this place was literally home. The card and bottle of wine on the counter waiting for me was the sweetest thing! Towels stocked for us to use, sand toys and boogie boards for the kids on the porch, and the games and puzzles were perfect! Every day after the sunset, we would bust out a puzzle to do as a family every night. THE VIEW!!! Oh my goodness, there are no words to describe how perfect it was! Sitting on the porch at night and listening to the waves was serene. We all agreed, we are making this trip an annual event and refuse to stay anywhere else! I want to hug Kathy and Dan for opening your place up to us! There's not one thing I would change. <3

GREAT Family Vacation Location!

My husband and I along with our 3 children (ages ranging from 1-10) and my parents had a great stay! When we arrived everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The wine waiting on the kitchen island was a wonderful surprise and as promised paired nicely with the sunset/ocean view on the deck. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. One thing that I may add to the amenities if I could would be a BBQ grill. Our favorite part was the beautiful ocean view from the deck and even out the very large living room window! We were even blessed enough to see several dolphins during our stay. My parents were easily able to enjoy watching our children play on the beach while sitting on the deck. Yes, it really is THAT close to the beach! One thing to note is that within the condo and on the deck there are many step ups/downs from room to room that guests have to stay aware of to avoid a fall. For safety reasons, I'd love to see that modified for future stays. Overall, this condo was a wonderful experience for our family and we would most definitely book again in the future!
