The ground level offers plenty of parking. As you enter through the ground level, you'll find the rec room where hours of fun will be spent, complete with an action-ready foosball table and an extra fridge! This level has 3 bedrooms: one with 2 bunk sets and a private bath; one with a pyramid bunk bed that shares a bathroom with the rec room area; and one bedroom with two twin beds with its own private bath – perfect for all the kiddos who want to stay close together! There's also a laundry area on this level for convenient mid-week washes. Outback, you'll find the patio area with outdoor furniture, a gas grill for searing your favorite seafood filets, and the private saltwater pool and hot tub!

The mid-level holds 4 other bedrooms: all king bedrooms with en suite baths. When your family members are ready to retire, they will surely spend them lounging in luxury after their days are spent playing in the sun! The mid-level also offers a wraparound covered deck, where you can take a break from the rays while still enjoying the refreshing sea breeze!

Travel to the top level and discover where the last bedroom and common areas are held. Here, you'll find a king bedroom with en suite bath that includes both a shower and a jetted tub! The living area boasts high ceilings and large bay windows for tons of natural light. In the dining room, you'll find an extra-long table for your large group, with seating for 10. The kitchen has everything you'll need for preparing your tastiest dishes and even includes 2 dishwashers! There's also a convenient half-bath for any visitors you may have. Lastly, you'll find the wraparound sun deck, where you can keep soaking up the rays while enjoying a panoramic view of beautiful Corolla!
