Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase in visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.
Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.

Home away from home

Perfect family stay!

This property was ideal for our family of four and our dogs. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Parking was readily available in the lot close to the door and we had no trouble getting street parking for our second vehicle. The outdoor pool and hot tub were such a hit. We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We will definitely stay again!

My family loved our stay at the Chalet. It was within walking distance from downtown Canmore and many other local restaurants and trails. The Chalet was very clean and fit our family of 6 comfortably.

Excellent Getaway

Great communication with resort staff. The place had everything we needed! It would have been preferable to park 2 vehicle’s in the parking lot, as street parking was very hit and miss, but we understand the challenges of such a request. Pool and hot tub was a very nice feature!

The chalet was very clean and had all the amenities to make our stay welcoming and stress free. The chalet is located in a great location which makes walking a very easy option. I would definitely stay here again as the Chalet is very well kept and clean. Thank you for another great bacatio.
