Location! Little Sugar Lakehouse puts you and your guests in the front row. Located in the center of the Little Sugar trail system, singletrack access for hiking/biking is less than a 30 second pedal from your bike garage. Lake Avalon is a quick jump off the dock from the level backyard. The only beach in Bella Vista/ Bentonville, Lake Avalon Beach Park, can be seen from your dock and is a short paddle, walk or swim. No need to worry about noisy motor boats when you're paddle-boarding or kayaking, since Lake Avalon is the largest "no wake" lake in Bella Vista. Or, enjoy a pristine view of the lake from the hot tub on the deck or one of the fire-pits.
The beach has beach volleyball, play area, shaded picnic areas, horseshoe pits, etc. Tanyard Creek Nature Center and golf courses are less than a 5-minute drive. Enjoy a natural and rural setting only minutes from Bella Vista town center and Bentonville's top attractions.
Explore the lake from an assorted array of water crafts, including kayaks & SUP boards. There are two kayaks especially for kids. Inside, enjoy a fully custom home with all the amenities needed for your group. The kitchen has blenders, air fryer, coffee makers galore, waffle maker, pancake griddle, etc. Stocked with spices, sugar, creamer, coffee, pods, and other miscellaneous items. Guests love the Peloton bike and tournament-level ping pong table. Beach towels are provided as well- just remember your sunscreen!
