Two Waterfront cottages for the price of one! Porch living area off main house !
Two cottages recently renovated. Main house has 3br/2ba with kitchen and side porch cottage has 1 br/1ba with queen lower bed, queen bunk bed as well as kitchen and dining. Beautiful panoramic waterfront views, firepit, private beach, gas grill, two decks and huge yard for plenty of room to play. Gas grill and chimenea off back deck. One of the Best views on lake Palestine !

We have worked on this property for over 27 years and hope that people will be able to create wonderful family memories like we have for our family. We feel we are truly blessed to have acquired this property and would like to share it with others. We have several Airbnb and VRBO properties and enjoy meeting new people and sharing our properties.

You will not be disappointed with the views and tranquility of this property. It is truly magical and special. The wildlife is amazing as well as the views. Too many trees to mention cover this property creating nice shading around the porch areas. Huge yard for children to play with outdoor lights strung through the trees. Firepit off the back near the water's edge creates another eating area with picnic table.

Private beach area and fishing just off the edge of the back yard. Conveniently located near Tyler, Jacksonville, Athens, and Palestine. Several Wineries in the area as well as other fun activities. Some of the most amazing views on Lake Palestine!
