Welcome to our beautiful lake house on Lake Palestine, just south of Tyler, TX! This stunning 5400 sqft home is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to escape the city and enjoy some peace and tranquility by the lake.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with high ceilings, large windows, and comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal for your group, including a large island for meal prep, and a dining table.

The house features two upstairs master suites, each with its own private bathroom, comfortable king-sized bed, and stunning lakeside views. The additional bedrooms are comfortably furnished, and the house can accommodate parties up to 18.

For the golf enthusiasts in your group, there is a golf simulator. After a day of golfing, sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Lake Palestine from the comfort of your own home. The golf simulator doubles as a home theater with seating for fourteen. Perfect for movie nights and sporting events.

When you're ready to relax, head outside and take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub.

A few items to note:
Limit of 18 guests.

Golf equipment is not provided. You will need to bring your own clubs and balls to use the golf simulator.

The hot tub can be heated if the outside temperature is above 40 degrees. (The hot tub enters freeze mode automatically once the temperature drops below 40.) The pool is not heated.

A pack and play can be provided upon request.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family had such a fun and relaxing time! The pictures don't do the property justice. Such a beautiful home and location. We loved the pool and hot tub and had a great time improving our golf skills on the simulator. We'll definitely stay here again of its available and we're in town.

They offer a lot of activities, with out living the house. It has a great view of the lake. I would recommend this property for a great getaway!

Family gathering place

Property is beautiful and there is lots to do. The pool is beautiful but could have been cleaner. Limited seating on the outside patio. Beds were comfortable Items necessary for cooking and serving food fine but limited towels and could use another refrigerator. We had to buy a lot of ice for drinks. This is our second time to stay here and we are considering coming again next year.

Wonderful experience

Spent three nights with kids and grandkids-14 total. House was perfect for all of us. Plenty to do at the house. Did not leave property for any entertainment. We will be going back next year.

I can’t say enough about this home! Appears brand new. Spotless home- right on the lake, media room, ping pong table, pool/hot tub, comfortable beds. It was incredible! Rent this home- you won’t regret it!

Wonderful week

There are so many things to do in this beautiful house. Games and ping pong and the theatre room with golf simulator. The pool was amazing. And the view incredible. This is a perfect place for a family get together.

Texas/Louisiana cousins get together

This house is greatness and very spacious. Our family loved it. We fished, sat in the hot tub, played golf on the simulator, had family meals, went for jogs, and had plenty of spaces to just visit and catch up. We loved our large family gathering here!!!

Beautiful spacious home

Our family gathers each Labor Day weekend and we had outgrown previous places. This home had so much space and all the amenities we needed. The bonus was the beautiful pool and super fun golf simulator and media room. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking on the grill outside. Hope to return next year!!

Beautiful home!

Gorgeous home with plenty of room to do things together as a family but big enough for everyone to have their own space. Plenty of activists to do without having to leave, we watched movies, played golf and ping pong, swam in the pool and played in the lake. Fun for all ages (and plenty of fridge space)!

Vacation for 4 families of 4

We had the best vacation! Our group of friends, which consists of 4 families of 4 people with children ranging from 2 to 9, takes a vacation every year together. This was our 5th trip and best yet. This house was absolutely stunning and offered something for everyone. It is located on a quiet street with very friendly neighbors. The hosts could not have been more welcoming. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen is grand and fully stocked. We loved it and hope to come back next year.

Spring Break Getaway

My family, my sister's family, and my best friend and her husband got together at this gorgeous lake house to spend our Spring Break together. Even though the weather didn't always cooperate, there were still tons of things to do both inside and out. We got in the hot tub and spent time on the beautiful patio. We grilled steaks and burgers outside and cooked breakfast in the gourmet kitchen. We even fished in the backyard! When it got chillier, we played ping pong, watched movies, played golf on the golf simulator, and played board games. All in all everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we would definitely go back again!

Relaxation and Entertainment by Tranquil Lake

We stayed as a family (our 4 adult kids, our son-in-law, and 2 grandkids) between Christmas and over New Year’s Day. Communication was excellent—especially given that it was over a holiday! We had everything we needed for cooking and settling in. The beds were very comfy. Master Bath 1 was luxurious with a large shower room and a Japanese tub and a seat with handheld. The other master bath was also very nice. There were 2 full and one half bath downstairs. The two small kids (2 and 4) slept on the bottom bunks in the bunk room just off the front door. The golf simulator/theater was a central hub for us as we watched football! There were lots of TVs all over the house. We played games and puzzles (ours and theirs). We also enjoyed the ping pong and the hot tub. It was too cold in December for the pool, but it was a gorgeous one. (One son did take a cold plunge!). Breathtaking, picturesque views. We took a walk around the neighborhood one day and it was a nice walk. For information, it has two coffee makers: a small Keurig and a drip coffee pot and there were filters, ground coffee, and pods. We brought our own Keurig pods though). Also there was no crock pot but plenty of pots & pans and six burners on the gas stove. We used the grill, too. The instructions were good (yet we were glad for our techy son!). We drove into Tyler one day and to Kiepersol Winery another. Mostly we relaxed which was just what we wanted. We loved it!

Best Family House Ever!

This house was a dream come true for our family of 14 when we stayed here to attend our father/grandfather's funeral. The house gave us enough space to spread out while also having meals together. There was so much to do, which helped us take our minds off the funeral. We fished, played pingpong and other games, sat in the hot tub, walked in the neighborhood, and even watched lots of movies in the theater room (which was so much better than an actual movie theater)! Our teenagers even had plenty of access to the internet and streaming their favorite shows on tv. The appliances were top-of-the-line and easy to use. There were ample refrigerators for our food and drinks (even a wine fridge!). Ben was helpful and thought of everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. When we contacted him, he responded immediately even coming to the house to set the hot tub temperature hotter for us! Walk, don't run, to rent this house! The price was perfect and the house provided the best space for our family to be together in a tough time!
