Southern Vacation Rentals is Terrible

A/C was out for 4 days, bed in master hard as a rock, TV was broke for 3 days, not cleaned when we arrived. Never staying at Sterling Sands again and absolutely will not use Southern Vacation Rentals ever again. No refund for A/C bring out or any compensation to accommodate our stay! They lie!

Clean and Modern with all the comforts of home.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was even better than the pictures! Everything was clean and ready to go. They did have blankets/covers and hairdryers, even though the listing said they didn’t, so no need to overpack. The beach was gorgeous and clean and the pool is heated which was great for our spring break trip. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the full kitchen set up if you’d rather cook at home. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Loved everything about it and the kids are already hoping for another visit!
