This very spacious cottage is the perfect family vacation home. The Cottage features include pillow top mattresses and 3 ½ bathrooms equipped with towels and a hairdryer. There is one full kitchen with a dishwasher (see more below), upstairs and downstairs in-suite washer/dryer, and a kitchenette and a jetted tub in the off suite. Other cottage amenities include available Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV with DVD player in the living room, TVs in all bedrooms, private decks, and patios with chairs and/or rockers and barbecue grills throughout. The Cottage also has two (2) pull-out sofa sleepers.

The Cottages kitchens include all cooking utensils and cookware, full-size refrigerator and electric range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Small amenities include linens, ironing board and iron, clock radio, phones, broom and/or a vacuum sweeper.

Resort amenities exist for the enjoyment of the whole family: outdoor and indoor swimming pools (including hot tubs) and playgrounds (one which includes a mini golf course). The indoor pools are open all year round. Also, you are also located minutes!!! away from Water Country USA and Busch Gardens.

Sweet family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at King's Creek! Kim and Angel communicated quickly, and when our original reservation couldn't be accommodated, worked to suit our group. As it turns out, the second arrangement was just perfect. We enjoyed the playground on the property, and were looking forward to the pool! As it turns out, we stayed so busy visiting family and seeing Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg, we didn't make it to the pool. The bathrooms could use a little updating, but overall the adjacent condos were clean, well appointed, had comfortable beds (even the pull out!), and the community felt safe and friendly. The front office staff was helpful and friendly as well- check in and check out were smooth, and they even accepted groceries on our behalf just before we checked in. We had a great visit to this property and will return again!

Property description incorrect

This was a nice place located in a community. The house was nice and served the purpose for our visit. The problems that I had were a few. The pics do not match the property. There is no loft, furniture is different, etc. we rented a single family unit but this is actually 2 units. The owner Janelle failed to tell me this while going over the details of the unit before booking. There is 1 king bed on the main floor in one apartment, which is where my mother and sister slept. Our King bed and the second bedroom with 2 twins is actually in the basement, which Janelle refers to as the main floor in our discussion prior to booking. Again, the place was nice. It would’ve been nice if she was honest when describing it and had pics of the house that were of the actual house being rented. She also did not respond to my message once we arrived questioning the inaccuracies in the listing.
