Relax with ease in the spa, lay back on the hammock, or enjoy a game of Ping-Pong out in the backyard. If you need a break from the sun, head inside to relax in the central air conditioning. Enjoy cooking up dinner in one of two full kitchens, each featuring full-size appliances for your convenience. Come together in the dining area inside, or take it outside if you just can't get enough fresh air. The spacious (and covered!) poolside patio is generously furnished for all your hangouts. Play your favorite tunes on the stereo and enjoy kicking back - you're on vacation now!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

AMI stay spring break

Great property 4 adults 2 kids plenty of room they loved the pool and and hot tub! Kitchens were perfect for our needs clean and well appointed. Linens fresh and extras in all rooms! TVs and outdoor areas comfortable and the proximity to the beach was perfect!

Family vacation

Met all of our needs for a large family. Pool was wonderful! Lots of room upstairs. Busy road but you are nicely tucked in behind the tall fence so you have lots of privacy.

Relaxing stay

We stayed for 2 weeks over 4th of July and this home had everything we needed. Perfect location for the parade and festivities, driveway is best used by backing into especially during busy Island hours. Stores and beach within walking distant and trolley pickup close by. House has door between the 2 units which made it easier to close off the early to bed crew, while rest of us stayed up playing games. Kids lived in the pool most of the time. This home was very relaxing and neighbors are nice and quiet. We would gladly stay here again!

Pleasantly Surprised!

The house was better than expected. We were a little worried about some of the prior reviews. Great location to stores, beach, and restaurants. Although it is on the main road (which is extremely busy) easy getting in and out. Great people watching as cars go by. Renting a golf cart is definitely a must. Pool area is fantastic. Living spaces had everything needed and then some.

Beautiful home and pool, great location.

Loved the spacious, and nicely set up. Everything you need. Couldn’t find remote for outside TV and was asked to look for it, have to do that at home. Disappointed can’t have any visitors even though not over the capacity.

Poor experience

Numerous issues with pool, air conditioning, and badly in need of basic repairs. Floor was so warped the door to a kid's bedroom required an adult to push open the door with significant force. Thank goodness there wasn't a fire. Made multiple calls for days to vacasa and was told they can't fix anything.

Good home for multigenerational family

The property was clean. The pool was very inviting except we did not like that we had to pay extra to get the temperature increased by 4° to enjoy it during 60° outdoor weather. We would’ve liked to do our own laundry onsite instead of hauling it all (5 adults, 2 little ones) to a laundromat, however the nearby one is run by a very nice woman. We did see a nonworking washer/dryer in a closet under the house which was not listed as an amenity. Our biggest issue was checking in and getting into the house while it was torrentially raining as we were given an incorrect code and then no code or key for the second door. We were able to contact staff after hours but the storm just made it even more unpleasant standing at the door for over 20 minutes. The Gulf Drive it is situated on, is very busy so it made for a challenge to get out of the short driveway everyday. It’s just a short walk to a very nice beach. Overall the property served well for our family including me, my husband, our adult daughter, and our son’s young family. A high chair and pack ‘n play on site would’ve been lovely as we had to haul a lot of those kind of items up the tall flight of stairs into the house. We would consider staying here again.

Perfect pool house on Anna Maria Island

Our kids enjoyed the pool. Very close to the beach. The outdoor space by the pool was great. Great house for families.

Location Terrific

Nice and close to the beach. Pool is beautiful. Had cleaning issues when we arrived, and management took care of them. There is NO ping pong table, but listed on property. Bathrooms need help, as well as dishwasher. Be ready for unannounced workman showing up to fix things we didnt know were broken and didnt report them. Overall location best, but the house needs updating- just be prepared for thing that will come up due to age of property.
