The back porch now features beautiful new furniture, creating an inviting space for relaxation. Additionally, we’ve added fresh and comfortable pillows, brand-new twin mattresses, and three luxurious dog beds to ensure everyone feels at home. Experience the difference with these enhancements!

Find yourself perched mere minutes from wide beaches, warm sand, and sweet sunshine here at Sunny Daze SO08. The heart of Salvo is nearby, so be sure to take advantage of the day-use area to run around on the sand, watch the sunset on the sound, launch kayaks or paddleboards, or wind/kiteboard during your stay. Additionally, you have unlimited access to the shared pool or indulge in a long soak in the private hot tub right on your furnished deck.

When you want to settle in after fun-filled afternoons, hop into the full eat-in kitchen and prepare anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal using the high-end appliances and cookware provided. A picnic table awaits on the deck if you feel inclined to enjoy an alfresco dining experience. THINGS TO KNOW
If you arrive on the island early, you'll have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, including a pool, playground, and grill area.
The shared pool is located 15 miles south on NC 12 at the Hatteras Realty office in Avon.
Long-term rates are available by contacting us directly for stays spanning several weeks or more.
No smoking in the house.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
