NEW 3RD STORY RENOVATION IS COMPLETED! We are excited to expand this space with four additional bedrooms and one additional full bathroom in the pre-existing 3rd floor space. With almost twice the number of bedrooms added this home feels no less crowded thanks to the large size of the upstairs area. AC is provided in the summer months via a brand new central air system!

Discover Geneva, NY, from our spacious 8 bedroom (9 total bedrooms), 2.5-bathroom home! Ideal for large groups, this charming retreat is central to top attractions like Seneca Lake, downtown Geneva, wineries, and historic sites. Enjoy comfortable living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and a short 10 minute walk to the Finger Lakes Welcome Center. Explore the area's beauty and culture while having a cozy, convenient base. Book now for a memorable, adventure-filled stay in the heart of the Finger Lakes!

This space can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. Bed sizes consist of two kings, six queens, and one full. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for your cooking needs. Our location is walking distance from downtown and close to countless wineries. Enjoy the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, offering over 100 wineries, breweries, distilleries and countless other attractions. You'll find Monaco's cafe down the block for a fresh coffee and breakfast to start off the day; the famous Wegmans Food Market is a one minute drive down the road. As an added security measure we have a Ring camera installed at our front entrance, this is an exterior camera only.

Great spot to vacation with a group!

We stayed here with a group of friends for our wedding in Geneva. The house is spacious, great for group meals, and clean. Everything we needed!!

Good House

Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the weekend! There was plenty of space for all of us. The only comment would be that I wish the air conditioners had been turned on before we arrived. It was a very hot day and the house was 80 degrees when we got there! It took all night and us leaving for the majority of the next day to cool the house down to 73 degrees.

Great place for weekend in Geneva

Our group went up to Geneva for a wine tour over the weekend and this place suited our needs well. There was plenty of space and seating for our large group.

Good location to visit the finger lakes and the winery. This house has plenty of bedroom for a big group. The owner was quick to respond to our question. Suggestions: Adding AC to the living rooms during summer times would be helpful.

Great spot for group getaway

I stayed at this property for a group weekend trip and it was a wonderful, spacious house with plenty of areas to gather yet enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The house is conveniently located and had an easy check in process. Host was easy to contact and kept us in the loop about any changes or updated features of the property!

The communication with Matt was flawless. His spacious place is located very (easily walkable) near the downtown restaurants and waterfront.

I have taken much pride in continuing the restoration and integrity of this beautiful and spacious home to maintain its pristine condition for my guests to enjoy. I look forward to the many people I will have the pleasure of serving, and will continue to provide the best experience possible at this location!
