vacker utsikt över solnedgången och lugna / fridfulla omgivningar. 4 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum med Central Air sover 15 bekvämt. Ligger på cirka en halv tunnland, har stor trädgård och mysigt bakdäck. Huvudsaklig vardagsrum har trägolv och golv-till-tak-fönster för underbar utsikt över Seneca sjön, tillsammans med fjärrstyrd gasspis och storbilds-TV för avkopplande kvällar inomhus. Första våningen master suite med privat badrum har stort badkar och separat dusch. Tvätt och halvbad också på första våningen. Andra och tredje sovrummen på andra våningen har stora klädkammare och har separata fåfängar i varje rum. Fjärde sovrummet på andra våningen har välvda tak och hårda trägolv. Samtida inredning i hela.

30 fot jämn sjö fasad med picknickområde, inkluderar 100 fot docka, 200 kvadrat soldäck och 6500 £ elektrisk båtlyft - rymmer upp till en 22ft båt.

Awesome weekend

This place was perfect for our weekend celebration! Tons of beds with linens and lots of space for hanging out, eating, relaxing , etc. we had perfect weather and enjoyed being able to go float on the water and hang out on the dock.

Perfect home for our family vacation!

This home is our favorite of all of the annual family Finger Lake trips we have taken. The house is beautiful and had the perfect lay out for our gatherings. We loved the easy access to the lake as well as the dock and the deck. The location on the lake was great as it was in close proximity to many of our favorite wineries and breweries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is a great place if you are vacationing with family. There is a master suite on the main floor and upstairs has a master bedroom/full bath and two other bedrooms with a shared bath. There is a deck out back with plenty of shade. The front has a great view of the lake. The private boat dock is two tiered. Great place for relaxing on the water. Underneath the deck is the boat lift to store your boat while staying. Sampson State Park is five minutes up the road and offers a place to launch your boat or just a great place to visit.

Great place to stay for a wedding group

We only used the property at night and in the morning to house our wedding group that was at Sampson State Park, only 9 miles away. Plenty of beds for everyone, plenty of living space and a kitchen that had all the amenities.

Very good to excellent. Access to water and dock is easy. House is across a road; a very short distance to the water (10 second walk). Views/sunsets from upper deck are spectacular. Great neighbors. House is plenty spacious and well equipped. Nice back deck. Communication w owner and local resource is excellent.

Family Vacation

The property is perfect for our family getting together for a vacation. We are a family of 8 adults and 7 children from ages 9 to 15. There is just enough room for us all. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms is helpful. The parking available is great. We are all out of state and enjoyed are time together. There is room for us all to spread out with the yard, dock and home. We have used this property in the past and will use it again in the future.

Great Stay On Seneca

This house had plenty of room (and then some) for 3 couples. We loved the location with easy access to Seneca and Cayuga wineries. The house was very clean upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again! Suggestions: consider some better upstairs beds/mattresses and an additional key for renters.

Fantastic Stay

The house was wonderful and exactly described with all of the amenities you need, with plenty of room for our group of 8. It was a great location, very close to some of the nicer breweries and wineries and only a short drive to the main town of Geneva. The backyard and fire pit area was very nice on a chilly night. The views of the lake from the dock were fantastic. Definitely will go back!

The perfect relaxing weekend.

Was looking for a very relaxation get away and found it here. Had a relaxing walk down to the dock and watch the kids enjoying themselves splashing and swimming then boating and fishing then a walk back up to enjoy a perfect bbqbarbaque

Long weekend by the lake

This place was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Dock and boat lift located just down the hill, convenient lake access. This was perfect for our needs.

Wonderful house in the Wine Country

This is the second year that we have stayed at this house and it will not be the last. The house was clean and well located to many wineries. We have stayed at other houses in the area over the years, but hands down, everyone likes this house the best.

Fantastic House

House was perfect for our group of 9. Four great bedrooms and great living space. We were just minutes from our Venues fir the weekend and just a short ride into Geneva. The dock with deck above right on Seneca Lake was my favorite spot for great sunsets. 10 out of 10 deck above on

Family Vacation

It was a very nice vacation house with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Any issues were addressed immediately by the property manager. Our major drawback was check in was not until 4pm.

70th Birthday celebration

"We three friends" of 55 plus years and our spouses were celebrating our 70th birthday's, from August through January. We had a marvelous time visiting the wineries, tasting cheeses at Muranda's, having lunch at Belhurst, and a Blues dinner cruise.
