Första våningen master suite med privat badrum har stort badkar och separat dusch. Tvätt och halvbad också på första våningen. Andra och tredje sovrummen på andra våningen har stora klädkammare och har separata fåfängar i varje rum. Fjärde sovrummet på andra våningen har välvda tak och hårda trägolv. Samtida inredning i hela.

This house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the Finger Lakes. Eight of us stayed for the weekend, and every single one of us would like to stay here again. The house has everything you need and ample parking. Outstanding property!

This is a great place if you are vacationing with family. There is a master suite on the main floor and upstairs has a master bedroom/full bath and two other bedrooms with a shared bath. There is a deck out back with plenty of shade. The front has a great view of the lake. The private boat dock is two tiered. Great place for relaxing on the water. Underneath the deck is the boat lift to store your boat while staying. Sampson State Park is five minutes up the road and offers a place to launch your boat or just a great place to visit.

Awesome weekend

This place was perfect for our weekend celebration! Tons of beds with linens and lots of space for hanging out, eating, relaxing , etc. we had perfect weather and enjoyed being able to go float on the water and hang out on the dock.

Very good to excellent. Access to water and dock is easy. House is across a road; a very short distance to the water (10 second walk). Views/sunsets from upper deck are spectacular. Great neighbors. House is plenty spacious and well equipped. Nice back deck. Communication w owner and local resource is excellent.

Family Vacation

The property is perfect for our family getting together for a vacation. We are a family of 8 adults and 7 children from ages 9 to 15. There is just enough room for us all. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms is helpful. The parking available is great. We are all out of state and enjoyed are time together. There is room for us all to spread out with the yard, dock and home. We have used this property in the past and will use it again in the future.

Perfect home for our family vacation!

This home is our favorite of all of the annual family Finger Lake trips we have taken. The house is beautiful and had the perfect lay out for our gatherings. We loved the easy access to the lake as well as the dock and the deck. The location on the lake was great as it was in close proximity to many of our favorite wineries and breweries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay for a wedding group

We only used the property at night and in the morning to house our wedding group that was at Sampson State Park, only 9 miles away. Plenty of beds for everyone, plenty of living space and a kitchen that had all the amenities.

This was our first vacation rental, and it did not disappoint! Our son got married at the Vista and it was the perfect place to relax, get ready and enjoy the weekend.

Great Stay On Seneca

This house had plenty of room (and then some) for 3 couples. We loved the location with easy access to Seneca and Cayuga wineries. The house was very clean upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again! Suggestions: consider some better upstairs beds/mattresses and an additional key for renters.

We enjoyed our stay with family. Comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We used the oven, grill and fire pit. This home had everything we needed. It is located nicely to explore the area. The view was lovely too. area

Lovely view

Overall a good experience as some of us had stayed at the property before and enjoyed it. The location and view is wonderful and the house felt clean. Just a few things this time made the house feel not quite ready for guests, such as dead batteries in TV remotes and no handsoap in one of the upstairs bathrooms (we eventually found some soap under the kitchen sink on the main floor). On our last night (this is in late October, so quite chilly out), the heat went out. There were 8 of us staying in the house and only a couple had hot water for showers on the last morning while getting ready to leave the very cold house. We believe this to be because they ran out of gas. The owner was responsive to messaging but nothing could really be done in time about the gas since it was on our last day

Fantastic Stay

The house was wonderful and exactly described with all of the amenities you need, with plenty of room for our group of 8. It was a great location, very close to some of the nicer breweries and wineries and only a short drive to the main town of Geneva. The backyard and fire pit area was very nice on a chilly night. The views of the lake from the dock were fantastic. Definitely will go back!

Family get a way

House was roomy and clean. Nice having 3 and a 1/2 baths with multiple family members staying. Nice deck and fire pit. The back yard is small. There is an open lot next door but the neighbor made it very clear we were not to go on his property. Dock at the lake offers a great view!

Fantastic House

House was perfect for our group of 9. Four great bedrooms and great living space. We were just minutes from our Venues fir the weekend and just a short ride into Geneva. The dock with deck above right on Seneca Lake was my favorite spot for great sunsets. 10 out of 10 deck above on

Dirty House

In early September 2024 we rented Beautiful Contemporary Home on Seneca Lake. There was a problem with the sceptic backing up. I appreciate the immediate response to getting repair people out to the house to fix the issue. However, the clean-up process was not handled professionally. My expectation with the sewer backing up would be to have a professional cleaning services would come in and sanitize the room and take care of the wet carpets. This was not even offered. The property manager came to the house and did some spraying of the bathroom but never sanitized the room, tub, shower or floor. Even after telling her it was not done to our satisfaction (the floor was never cleaned), she was quite snippy with me. The carpet in the bedroom was wet from the leak. As a result I could not sleep in the room nor use the bathroom for 2 entire days. This means there was not enough room for us and someone needed to sleep on the couch. The cleanliness of the house was far from clean: 1.) The vent top stairs is disgustingly covered in dust. 2.) Microwave vent was also covered in dust and crime. 3.) Upstairs bathroom baseboard coated in dust. 4.) The air conditioner is covered in layers of dust. 5.) The master bedroom carpet is disgusting. As a result of our inconvenience I reached out to the owner for a refund and as expected I have not heard back.
