This massive 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom beach house is perfectly located blocks away from the beach and the board walk. Perfect for large families and has all the amenities you could want. Highlights of this property:

The space
Newly built 5 Bedroom 3 Full Bath home
Perfect Family friendly home with open spacious layout. Less than a mile walk to the beach. Conveniently located on the bay side with access to the pay, canal, and many beaches in either direction. Great for summer outdoor gatherings for family and friends to enjoy the beautiful view of sunrise / sunset.
Ground level offers a gravel area with enough parking for 2 cars and street parking for 2 more cars. This area is ideal for outdoor gathering and offers a grill and seating to enjoy the summer air.
First floor features open concept living room/kitchen with walk out deck, sectional couch, kitchen, breakfast bar, full bath and bedroom with twin bed and pull out day bed.
Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, second bedroom has a twin with a pullout day bed, third bedroom has a full bed with a walk out balcony with views of the bay, fourth bedroom has a day bed and a pullout bed.
The outdoor living space consist of a covered deck, gravel gathering area, outdoor shower. The gravel area has a gas grill, seating areas and string lights to enjoy the summer nights.
House is equipped with keyless entry pad for your convenience.
*** bed sheets, pillowcases, comforter, towels, hand towels "WILL NOT" be provided to guests. Guest to bring their own. Owner will provide pillows, small quilts. Please pack as needed.

Additionally whenever I visit another persons home, I treat it like my own and leave it cleaner than I found it.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This property is a huge, new house, in a quite location. You get to enjoy all of the joys of Seaside/Ortley without having to deal with the noise or the parking issues. Its truly the perfect spot to come down and enjoy the beaches and the boardwalks and then come home to a quite and clean newly built house.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Free parking, close to ortley beach and seaside beach, walking distance to a cute breakfast spot. It's just great.
