- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.

Seabreeze Jazz Festival Weekend

Our stay at Calypso Towers 3 was amazing. The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed just like home. I absolutely loved it. I will rent it again next year..see you 2026!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could have been better. Refrigerator drawer was broken, Ice didn't dispense, and filtered water didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work, but was replaced. Turned on oven and lots of smoke. MIXER only has one beater. Sticky residue over deck and table and chairs and one of the tubs.Table on deck broke. Bedroom lamp switch broke.Not alot of accessories to use in kitchen. Couch is squeaky and uncomfortable. Pool code not given, emailed property and never responded. Did love the decor and view. Chairs and table were comfortable. Nice pool and gym. Elevators were clean and smelled great! Liked large tvs in every room. A few hundred dollars could put this place above the rest.

Early summer trip

We checked in Monday and checked out Saturday. Our rooms were clean, the property was clean, we had easy access to the beach. The pool was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Great location on the Beach and adjacent to Pier Park

Great weather all week made for a great stay at the Calypso. View is gorgeous, unit is spacious, clean and had a beautiful updated decor. The WiFi and tv options were a nice extra. Had a couple of repairs that needed to be made and the staff came quickly and fixed them just as quickly. The pool is big and very nice. Hot tub was a great bonus as well as the gym. Loved being able to use the skywalk from the garage to access the beach directly. There are a few chairs and sand toys in the laundry room. Only thing missing was a shower caddy for the master shower so I purchased one and left it in the unit for future guests. Overall, great unit and I would definitely come back!

Summer Family Vacation

As a first time PCB vacationer the condo was fantastic and gave a family of 6 plenty of room. Facilities are new and elevators are pretty fast. We where able to eat in many nights and enjoy the oversized balcony.

Hot tub

The hot tub was closed the whole week,they said the heater was not working.they said they had a hot tub and I feel like they should have fixed it right away.alot of people were disappointed.but other than that, it is a really nice property and I would return.

A wonderful family getaway

We were incredibly impressed by the condo. We visit PCB every year and this has by far been the most beautiful and welcoming stay. The condo was spotless and smelled amazingly clean. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was gorgeous!

Overall great stay

We enjoyed our stay! The location is great, pool area is beautiful. The condo is very up to date interior and decor wise. We did have trouble with the appliances (specifically the tvs & coffee maker). The tvs were very difficult to turn on and navigate, half of the remotes didn’t work so it was very confusing which remote went to which tv. Not sure what’s going on there. Couldn’t get the coffee maker to work. Floors are FILTHY. If you go barefoot they will be BLACK. This is really our only complaint. Would stay again!

The condo was cute and comfortable. It was clean…no sand from previous guests and the bathrooms/bedrooms were spotless. The beds were great and the balcony was a beautiful spot to sit and hangout. The only complaint we had was that the dryer did not work and the fridge had messed up shelves. Other than that we made the best of our stay and plan to come back the next time we visit PCB!

Wonderful Family Spring Break

We have stayed in Calypso Towers before in Tower One and we preferred Tower Three. The balconies are larger and we love to sit outside. The beds in this condo are very comfortable. That is something we have noticed as a downside in other VRBOs we have rented. Overall this was a great stay and a wonderful trip.

Family Trip

Such a beautiful condo. But The place is being neglected. Floors were filthy. Mold in the shower. Baseboards and trim thick with dust. No iron, hangers or dust pan. The cleaning crew needs to be help accountable. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4:00 the crew did not show up until 3:45. Took them about an hour.

Lots of drama

People smoking pot all week: could smell very strongly on the balcony . Witnessed fight right outside of condo . People shooting fireworks that were flying into the balcony . Many pool bracelets that were broken were left for us , had to get new ones . Did not like parking garage . Did not like long haul to the beach from 3rd tower . No ramp to the beach . Did not like having to get on like three elevators just to get to my vehicle . Scanning into parking garage was pain in the butt. Rude woman fighting on the beach and starting altercation with sister and brother in law at the pool . People saving seats at the pool, claiming they were “reserved” . Can’t swim with other family members staying in tower 2

Beautiful Condo.

The Condo is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The view was gorgeous. This unit is not ocean front. To get to ocean you had to go down to the 3rd floor parking lot through the lot to the pedway, across the pedway to building 1 and 2, down the elevator, and through building 1and 2, past the pools, across the pedway to the beach. At our age it was a bit of a challenge. We purchased a wagon to carry chairs, cooler, and umbrella and had to go down the elevator to the ground to get out, then pull it down the street to the public access to get to the beach. It was challenging but we managed and had a great vacation,

Worst Condo we have ever stayed in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From day one we had problems. Internet, WiFi, our master bed was like sleeping on the floor. We tried calling, they did send a maintenance person. He could not fix it. In fact, we went a whole week with NO TV, NO INTERNET, NO WIFI. THEN they got it fixed, it still didn't work properly. Then not a week later, we were evicted and sent to another Condo. No help to get packed up. We had to do it all by ourselves. I looked on our phones, made over30 phones calls to you people. I know, your just a call center, ridiculous. Never stay here again. And no pool either.

Terrible Communication from Management Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did not want to leave a negative review, but have given Emerald Coast Destinations more than enough time to reply to our problems we experienced during our stay, & now over a week later, no response from our booking agent. So unprofessional & such a disappointment. A simple email or phone call could have prevented this negative review. Originally from FL, our family rents condos and vacation homes at least once a year in the PCB or Destin area. All have been very pleasant with the exception of our last stay using Emerald Coast Destinations as the rental company. After checking in, we noticed our washing machine did not work. We made numerous phone calls & no repairs. After day 5 with no help and no washing machine, we were forced to go purchase the tools & Google how to repair the washer ourselves. We had no clean beach towels & were running out of clothes. We were able to hand wash some items but who wants to do this during their vacation?We still attempted to contact Emeral Coast for help and also to address other issues in the condo. (Sharp bed corners in the master that kept cutting our legs, Electronic Blind did not work in the master making it impossible to use manually and impossible to access balcony door from Master, dirty Master Bath upon arrival covered with last renters hair, stopped up Master toilet upon arrival & stopped up 2nd Bath sink upon arrival) Most items repaired by ourselves due to no communication by Emerald Coast. I have emailed Ryan, our booking agent through Emerald Coast numerous times & he will not respond. I have also spoke with Emily with Emerald Coast many occasions who also refers me to email Ryan. It is a continual series of circles with no attempt in site for Emeral Coast to resolve our issues. Our condo was beautiful & the owners are being done an injustice by being represented by such an unprofessional rental agency who are not capable of addressing issues & making guests comfortable and ensuring a relaxing vacation.
