We love Panama City Beach and we stay at the Calypso several times per year. We love the ocean views and that it’s so close to Pier Park.

We love the Calypso and surrounding things to do! The condo was nice and clean, but lacked decor and the furniture was mismatched and somewhat old. Would have been nice to have storage containers in the kitchen to use. Always made sure to check the dinnerware as some items still had stuck on food as dishwasher must not have cleaned well before housekeeping put them away. Overall we had a great time and weather. Sad that the booking agent wanted to charge 80 to check in 4 hours early.

Wonderful Stay Perfect Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation could no have been any better. the condo was very clean when we arrived. There was a minor maintenace issue that ECDI maintenace fixed within an hour after we called their customer service number. The maintenace man was very helpful and polite. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The set of 2 free beach chairs, umbrella and beach attendant service was a great perk. Overall we could not ask for a better experience and would stay here again.

Spring break

We had a fantastic spring break in this condo. It was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we had so many towels! We loved having the use of two beach chairs every day. We heard others complaining about the check in and parking process with their rentals and I was so thankful we didn’t have any issues at all. Communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vaca

Great for family Vacation! Perfect location, can walk to pier park. Condo was a little dusty but overall would rent again. Family enjoyed their stay.

Great Location with a nice view

Really enjoyed our week in Panama City. The condo was clean with a nice balcony and had a great view. It was a short walk to the Pier and Pier Park for shopping, dinner and other night life. Will book again when in the area.

Excellent location

The room was exactly as it appeared online. It was walking distance from Pier Park and local restaurants. We have been staying in PCB for years, but this was our first time staying at Calypso. We had a delightful experience!

Girls trip

The condo was as shown on VRBO. The location was great. The condo needed a deep cleaning and a few little things needed fixed/replaced but over all nothing you can't live with. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Million Dollar View

The place was great, it was clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The property was clean, nice and peaceful. The view from the living area, and the master bedroom was spectacular. We will definitely be going back, and highly recommend this property.

Great location

Location location location. Close to Frank Brown and Walk to Pier Park. Stunning views and convenient to shopping and dining. The condo could use a deep clean but with Covid we understood and cleaned surfaces when we arrived. We had an outlet out and it was fixed within hours. Very nice people on the property.

It was nice, just what we needed!!!

Loved the Calypso!! Close to pier park, and short drive to some of the more up-scale restaurants!! Beach was very nice, the chairs a big plus with this unit!! The week was so quiet, to have such large buildings!! We had a few issues with the unit and they fixed them very quickly and were very nice!!! The extra beach chairs in the unit were really nice, and if you have kids the closet was full of rafts and sand toys!!
