Beautiful Three bedroom home close to the beach

Three bedroom house in a very quiet neighborhood with his own gym and Park, 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from historic downtown Wilmington very close to shopping centers great for biking and walking. If you get tired from the beach you can just sit on the rocking chair on the front porch and enjoy the time or grill something in the picnic area in the backyard! I also run a small charter service for fishing or just visiting some of the many island around, let me know for availability if interested.

Great place

We stayed here for work, so we didn’t get to enjoy the area as much as we would have liked. The house is very clean, had everything we needed and is close to everything tucked into a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very friendly and courteous. We will definitely rent again if we are in the area and the house is available.

40th B Day Wilmington get away

Place was great and extremely great with the price!! Close to the beaches and Wilmington and places to eat! Would 100% go back to this place!! So much bang for your buck!!

Perfect

This VRBO was PERFECT for a quick weekend trip. Definitely thinking about renting it again. The host was super nice and the house is perfect distance away from downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach!

Good for the price

No complaints. Couple observations-Master bed is only a full which is small and we thought the mattress was going down in the middle but once we straightened up the middle frame supports underneath it was much better. It would be nice if the twins were the same height that so you could move together for a king option. We only needed a place to sleep and shower and it checked those boxes. Very reasonably priced.

Just Fine

The house was just ‘fine’. If you are looking for a place to just sleep for the night it will be just fine. Nothing fancy. I would suggest that if you would like anything extra to not stay here. Most Air BNB’s have shampoo, soap, coffee pods, etc: this house did not, so bring your own.
