Edgewater Golf Villa

Beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath golf/tennis villa on the ground floor. Located just steps away from the private villa pool, and tennis courts and across the street from the beautiful Emerald Beach.

Accommodations include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The bedrooms and living room are all equipped with TVs, cable, and free WiFi. You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer for all the comforts of home!

The resort is one of the finest full-service beach resorts in Panama City Beach with amenities that include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools, 4 hot tubs, poolside activities & live music, Pizza Hut, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Hair Salon, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, basketball/shuffleboard courts & 11 lighted Tennis courts.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
A registration fee is required after booking and prior to check-in for access to resort amenities, wristbands, and one parking pass. There will be a $50.00 registration fee in order to acquire parking pass. Information included in confirmation email after booking.
There are additional fees for Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness center, shuffleboard and equipment rental.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is open parking in front of the building.

This condo is NO SMOKING, NO PETS, and resort rules require that renters MUST be 25 years of age. Check in time is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00am.

We enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the location is convenient to the convention center and the bridge to the beach. The pool on the ocean side was a very nice environment that the teens enjoyed.

Dance comp visit

We stayed for a dance comp. Tammy was responsive to all of our questions which was appreciated! The location of the villa was great - close proximity to the events center and easy walk to the beach. The chairs in the closet were nice to use and bring to the beach. We purchased an umbrella to use for the beach days. The villa had all kitchen appliances we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation and Dance Competition

Overall, loved it. Great location, super easy access to the beach, pools, and amenities, as well as the convention center where the dance competition was happening. Condo was roomy and updated. Only thing to mention is the master bed was uncomfortable and the master shower did not drain well. Other than that it was excellent and we would stay there again!!

Received an email wrt to stopping at the entrance gate to pick up our parking pass. Was told in the email that we would save a lot of time at the entrance gate if we would register on line so every thing would be ready for us. Was told that we had to pay 50 for the parking pass which we did. However when we got to the gate no pass. Nothing. (We emailed two days in advance) they sent us to owners services where we finally got our pass. With regards to Villa we found it very dirty..We left it a lot cleaner than how we found it.

Nice place, clean, feels homey

Loved our stay. Very clean. Felt homey and lived in, which just made it nice. Wasn’t much of any communication which almost felt strange. Was hoping they would reach out like the last two properties to extend our stay but never happened. We were ready to stay till Sunday if they had. My only complaint is the bed in the master just about killed me and my wife. Everything else was awesome. Would definitely book this unit again. Really wish you all would of given us the excuse to stay 4 or 5 more days.

Florida getaway

We are from Minnesota and stayed in a villa for 9 days in Florida. It was great! As soon as we arrived my wife and kids couldnt believe that we were staying there, lots of room, plenty of sleeping space.. a home away from home. All of the featureswe found just added to the excitement

Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Tammy was very responsive. Villa had everything we needed. I have zero complaints.

Great location

Loved the location! 10 min walk to the beach. Condo is full of kitchen utensils and appliances. Master bed isn’t great, but it’s not the worst vacation bed I’ve stayed in. Tammy is great to work with. Huge fridge, new washer and dryer. Dishwasher didn’t work, but we had soap and rags to hand wash. Nice view of a pond and easy access to everything. I would stay here again.

Nice 4th July week in PCB

Overall the stay was very nice. The apartment is great and location is very good. The resort is pretty complete but there are extra charges to park your car, use the gym or the tennis courts. The back porch needs some attention and cleaning. It's a nice area but couldn't use it since it was so dirty.

Dance competition stay

Location the the event center is key for this property. If needing a place close to event center, it’s great. Communication with the owner was easy (and frequent for us unfortunately) Many things need to be addressed to improve this rental- the pillows are terrible throughout. The master mattress is less than desirable. The master shower has hot and cloud flipped but no note to let you know that ahead of time. The dryer doesn’t consistently work. The hall bath toilet was just serviced but we had a lot of trouble flushing it and would sometimes come back to it just running consistently. It’s a pet free property but had animal hair on the living rooms chairs. The kitchen offers the least for cooking of any unit we have ever rented and there are sharp objects in random places so we cut our fingers looking for things more than once. (Like the apple slicer face up in cabinet above the microwave with all their plastic cups) The worst though was the renters above stomping and kids running around almost 24 hours a day. It was almost never quiet. Sleep was a challenge. Not the owners fault but definitely would never come back as a result. our last day there the property was tearing down the upstairs staircase so it was super noisy and hard for us to hear each other for many hours, but just happened to be during our stay.

Nice location

Tammy's communication was excellent before and during our stay. It was a great location, easy walk over the pedestrian bridge to the pool, beach, and other towers, and right around the corner from the gym and event center. There are some things in the unit that need a deep cleaning, but overall was a nice stay.

Edgewater Villa

This is our second year staying at Edgewater booking with Tammy. We love the location. View of the “private “ pool and pond, near the gym and clubhouse and a short walk to the main pool, restaurant and beach. The new washer dryer was noticed and appreciated this year. We have already booked for next year.

Great location

Everything you need for a short or long term stay is available in the unit. When we walked in the door the unit smelled great! It was very clean. We loved the ducks that visited us every day outside the patio. Only downside is the mattress on the master bed. It's old and the springs pop. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time there.
