This place is amazing and we will definitely book it again! Our host was very responsive to any questions we had, but we didn’t have many because she provided all the details we could have needed prior to our arrival. Checking in was a breeze and everything went smoothly getting into the home.The home was super clean and packed full of fun things to do! The big screen Golden Tee was a hit for everyone, as was the mini-arcade, which had tons of cool old-school games. The biggest attraction inside the home for our family was the pool table, and it saw a lot of use with a family pool tournament.The kitchen, bedroom, and baths were all great as well. We did a mix of pickup from local food spots and cooking. When we cooked, we had everything we needed. The huge gas grill outside was great for making hot dogs, hamburgers, and brats on multiple occasions. The outside dining area and deck were also amazing. The dining area had plenty of seating, and the swamp cooler came in very handy in July. Even being July in Texas, we ate outside most nights.The pool was the big hit outside. It was clean and offers a great view of the sunset (not over the lake, but still beautiful from the pool). We also used the hot tub, and it was surprisingly nice even in the warm weather.We had a boat and were able to dock it right at the house for our whole trip. This made it easy to take a quick run out on the lake any time. All of the kayaks and floaties provided also got a lot of use!

Great house for a large family!

We stayed here for several nights for my father’s 70th birthday and we all had a great time! Would highly recommend this for any large groups looking for a good getaway spot.

Great Escape

Our family had a great experience! The amenities were exactly as advertised and the guide book was helpful. We really enjoyed the board games, video games, and card games. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. There's plenty of room inside and the rear deck runs the entire length of the house! The customer support was excellent - our questions were answered promptly. We will definitely be back.

Outstanding home on the lake

Our large family had the best time during our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised with many extra perks. The pool/spa is beautiful and relaxing. The indoor games, kayaks, and outdoor games offer so much entertainment. It’s a wonderful place for family gatherings, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable! We absolutely loved this little piece of tranquility at the lake!

Beautiful Lake Conroe getaway

Between the paddle boards, kayaks, pool table, and arcade games, there was plenty to keep everyone busy having a great time! The expansive deck was perfect and we could swim right off the dock. Indoors, the beds were super comfortable and the home is decorated beautifully. Absolutely fantastic stay!

This was our second time staying here. There were 9 adults and 6 kids. And as always it was great. The new pool and spa was amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the lake and the pool. We even caught some fish while we were there. The games inside kept everyone entertained if we weren’t outside. We definitely will be going back next year.

Great stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful house on the water with a ton of activities for entertainment. Charmain was an excellent host who didn’t skip on any details to please her guests. She was always available to answer any questions and responded immediately. Only regret is we didn’t get to stay longer.

Great House for a Family Thanksgiving Gathering

My brothers and sister and I along with our extended families were looking for a house that could accommodate us over Thanksgiving week and boy did we hit the jackpot. What a terrific home…huge family area with lots of activities (video games, pool, golf simulator, poker table). Plenty of sleeping space. Host was fantastic…great communicator. In short we just could not be happier with our time there.

Great place

We had a great time at this awesome house. Plenty of room for my family of 16 with so much to do. Everyone loved swimming in the lake, fishing, and feeding the ducks. The games inside the house definitely entertained everyone when we weren’t in the lake. The host was extremely helpful and always handy to answer our questions. We are already planning on returning next year.

We will definitely book again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property on Lake Conroe. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was the private boat dock, where we could park our boat and enjoy the lake anytime we wanted. We had so much fun fishing, swimming, and cruising around the lake. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go and what to do in the area. We would definitely book this property again for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation on Lake Conroe.

Oasis on the cove

Charmain made everything simple and a breeze. The home has everything you need. The house is centered and has all the amenities you need. We came with a big group everyone had their own room and a tv in every room. There’s a pool table, a poker table and golden t! As well as the arcade that kept not only the kids but the adults put some high scores on it too! It was clean and had everything we needed, coffee maker, blender and the new pool is absolutely perfect. A huge deck to sun bathe and an excellent pool to cool off in. It was a perfect family vacation home and Charmain made it even better!

Amazing property and host

From check in to check out (which was seamless), the location, the property, the beautiful view, and the nearby pool, my group thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay. The host was easy to reach and very helpful. The large outdoor patio, beautiful and stocked kitchen, and game room are the places we spent the most time. The rooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated. We visited the Wave restaurant and pool and enjoyed the accessibility and option of visiting this pool or the community pool or even taking a dip in the lake. Thank you for letting us use your space to creat more memories!

Fun 4th of July with the whole family

Charmaine’s house is spectacular! It is very clean and well appointed. When we weren’t all outside on the back porch or on the water, we were inside playing pool and golden tee. All 12 of us enjoyed our stay and we all had a bed. The house has been beautifully updated. The port a cool on the back porch allowed us all to enjoy being outside even in the Texas heat. Charmaine was easy to get in touch with and a perfect host. You won’t regret your stay here!

Best House Thus Far

Every year we have an annual trip with extended family and so far...this is the nicest house we've stayed in. Perfect open layout that connects the family room, kitchen and the game room. Which also opened up to the patio l but even with good weather we couldn't leave the door open cause of bugs....but that was the only unfortunate part. Otherwise this place was great. Super clean, open, nice bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of games, plenty of parking, right off the water and the list goes on! Communication with the owners was easy and hassle free. Overall great stay.

Very nice amenities

We had 9 adults, 1 teenager and 6 and 8 year olds and an 18 month old. The primary bedroom is very spacious. The other 5 bedrooms are small. If you have little kids who want to sleep in the room with parents it will be very tight, but possible. The "pack and play" was too small to use for the 18 month old, so he had a pallet on the floor. The living area is great for a big group and the Pacman, poker table and Golden T were enjoyed by many. The kayaks, lily pad and water toys were great.

Trip of a Lifetime!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The host went above and beyond and allowed me to check in early. I prepared dinner for all family that started arriving Friday evening and the kitchen was awesome! Everything you need for cooking and serving was there. Spacious! Games for entertainment for inside as well as water toys for outside… and perfect for relaxing! My son rented a pontoon boat and what a fabulous ride around the area. All was gorgeous and a perfect day. Thanks for helping me celebrate the best birthday ever! Family Love and Togetherness ♥️ We will be back and I recommend wholeheartedly!

Great House -location not so much

I have rented many VRBO properties around Texas. We rented this house for four days and I will give you my honest opinion. I will start with the good. The host Charmain was very nice, accessible & attentive from time of booking, the amenities were great everything you would need. The pool was really clean and the house was very nice. The pool table and games had my husband and kids occupied. Overall I give the house a 10/10! Now the bad. We experienced a very entitled neighborhood. We actually encounter our first Karen ever. This Karen who lives next door to the left of the property barged in the backyard yard, while we were swimming & she didn’t even say who she was and went straight for my son. She was having issues with my son’s casting of his fishing pole. She was very rude. Then the other neighbors on the right side of the house were out screaming and getting very intoxicated. They kept giving us very bad looks and mumbling stuff. Those same neighbors were screaming across the lake very racist remarks to a Hispanic family. Then a boat came and parked right in front of the house by pool stayed fishing and kept watching us swim. Luckily my husband was in the house while this happened or it would have been a bad situation. In closing I don’t think I’ll ever rent this house again for these reasons.

Family Week is good for the soul!!

I reserved this house so my kids and I could spend some quality time with my brother and his family who live in Houston. The plan was for all 9 of us to stay in the house together for a lake weekend! We have six kids between us ages 5-20 and let me tell you…the house and the week surpassed our expectations!! It was absolutely perfect. Everyone had their own space and areas for quiet time when they needed and the golden tee and pool table along with connect 4 mega size were the main events inside the house! My 20 year old spent most of his time on the covered deck with the portable ac blowing on him while he worked on his statistics homework with a Great Lake view and giggles from his younger brother and cousins playing in lake. He also spent time just chilling and watching the outdoor tv! The kids loved the kayaks, paddle board and Lilly pad! They enjoyed seeking adventures in the back of the cove and exploring a hidden creek area. The teens also enjoyed the private deck off one of the upper bedrooms to chill on their own. My older niece enjoyed lounging over by the game area reading a book and watching the boys play games. Our youngest kiddo in the group enjoyed a few trips to the neighborhood pool and we enjoyed the shaded areas and views of the lake as well. The pool was never heavily crowded so it was great and they had a wonderful playground as well! My sister in law and I enjoyed the kitchen…we ate 90% of our meals at the house. The house is extremely clean, feels like home, decorated gorgeously and the beds were super comfy. Our little guy felt the cot was great also!! Charmaine was an excellent host and had basic supplies such as condiments, butter, spices etc available and any question we had was addressed quickly and efficiently. Check in and out was super easy and she even made adjustments to the cleaning schedule since our flight was going to land at 8am so we could check in early. This gave us really an extra day of special family time and allowed us to finalize meal plans etc before we ordered groceries etc. was a huge convenience to us. The kids and my brother went on a couple fishing/tubing trips and we enjoyed lounging on the deck enjoying the quiet sounds of the cove! We were greeted by a beware of aliens sign to which I thought was super weird until we opened the door! I’ll leave the rest for you to discover! 😉 Thank you again for hosting this wonderful family home!!!
