**Please note that A long-term tenant lives in the garage apartment with a separate entrance. They do not have access to the main house, pool, or common areas. Their car will be parked in the driveway, but guests have full access to the entire main house.**



Property Information:

- Lake & Pool - Swim in the water at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.

- There are a few life jackets provided but correct sizes cannot be guaranteed. Please bring your own for boating and specific sizes.

- Stairs must be accessed for loft bedroom access and second-level outdoor deck.

House Rules:

- Non-smoking residence. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This is a family-friendly property and there will be additional charges if we discover any evidence of smoking in the home.

- Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings. Please be always respectful of the neighbors! Quite time begins at 10:00 pm.

- Pets are strictly prohibited. "No pets" policy must be observed.

- No open flames inside the home.



In order to monitor lake levels, there is a security camera located in the backyard. The camera faces the lake and does not look into any interior spaces.
