Convenient Condo to the Laguna Area

The condo was a convenient place to call home for a couple of days while visiting Laguna Beach and the surrounding area. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. It was a good size for 3 people. The hot tub each evening just across the parking lot was fantastic. The owner was immediately responsive to our questions and wanted to insure a nice stay.

Amazing place and location

We will certainly be staying here again if we return to California. Couldn't have been happier with the amenities and the location. The area is beautiful and this location is right in the heart. Had a bit of a mishap checking in as the address wasn't provided for checking... but once I was able to reach the owner it got resolved pretty quickly.

Great location for all family activity's.

Property was great, Location was great still give it a 5 star, the bed was uncomfortable broke down a little, it would be nice if they would put a new King bed in its place its time.. Did not like the Couch was not the comfortable either, but my son sleep on it and said it to be fine. Would like if they had a Keurig coffee maker or something.. But all in all great place.

Great weekend stay

We stayed here for 3 nights during Ohana Festival, so we were not there very much. But the place is nicely kept, spacious enough for a couple and 2 kids. It has a modern, clean, open space feel. The office with the bed is not actually a room, I may have overlooked that detail but it was fine for us. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries including extra parking. I also, told him coffee maker was broken so hopefully it is now replaced. Cleaning person was still preparing condo about 25 minutes after our check-in time. Also, this is the only house that we have rented through vrbo that asks the renter to wash towels and bed sheets/cover before you leave. They ask you put away dishes, usually they just ask you turn on the dishwasher before leaving. Oh and lastly for those that are vacationing and like to sleep in, the weekends are fine here but Monday morning was loud with neighbors leaving for school/work. The bedroom window faces condo garages/driveway so you hear everything and everyone.

Good price, good location were the positive points. Negative is beds were terribly uncomfortable, as were pillows & shower head height is very low. I’m 6’1 & shower head came below my chest. Kitchen & bath both coulda been a little cleaner. Other than than, place was decent

Our relaxing family vacation

We stayed for one week at John's condo...and really enjoyed it! It was clean, with lots of natural light, and plenty of room for us and our two daughters. It was close to the beaches and all the other places we wanted to see. We were a little disappointed that the oven wasn't working, but the toaster oven was a great alternative. We loved that all the items we needed for cooking meals were all in great shape. The washing machine and dryer worked great, too. Our kids figured out the Roku and watched a few movies. Working out at the gym was good and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the warm days, too. We definitely want to come back sometime. When we had to communicate with Jon (we thought we lost the pool key at one point), we used the messaging through VRBO app and Jon got right back to us quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jon!

Clean and comforable with everything you need

We enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect size for a family of 3 or 4. We had unseasonably warm weather and enjoyed the pool area and a day trip to LA.

Wonderful weekend getaway!!!!

My 2 kiddos and friend decided to stay at this condo for Labor Day weekend and we enjoyed every moment! It was my first time booking with this agency and the condo owner immediately replied to all my questions. The condo was super clean, charming, comfy, and had everything needed for our stay. I would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay 5 minutes or less from beach. Great pool at condo complex.

I would not hesitate if you are looking to stay in Laguna Beach or Dana Point area, to stay in John's condo. Comfortable large condo.

Comfortable condo only a few miles inland from Laguna & Dana Point

This is a wonderful condo just a few miles inland from the beach. Comfortable, clean, bright, spacious, and nice pool within a short walk. We liked that they had a couple of beach items to use during our visit. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely property and 5 min from the beach

My husband and children stayed at this condo for a full week. Spacious layout, comfortable bedding, beautiful location. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and pots and pan. The property was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. One of the hot tubs was right across from the condo building. Having a garage with direct access to the condo was a bonus! Salt Creek Beach Park is 5 minutes away and so beautiful! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Laguna Beach!

Great Stay!

Great condo, in perfect location....close to Laguna Beach, The Spectrum in Irvine, Trader Joe's and lots of restaurants! Condo even had community pool, hot tub and fitness room. Couldn't ask for more! And John was easily accessible with any questions....perfect stay!

Great property and location!

Stayed here for 2 nights; great location, close to restaurants and Laguna Beach. Used Uber for evening dining and fun. Condo is comfortably furnished, nicely decorated; garage parking was a definite bonus. Would definitely recommend this property!

There are better places for the money

Not very well appointed. Kitchen is pretty run down. Neither bed had bed pillows. Had to use a couch pillow on the extra bed, which had only a bottom sheet and single comforter, and was not very comfortable. If you like to do chores when on vacation this place is for you since it was required that we wash and dry the bedding and towels, wash, dry and put away all the dishes, and take the trash out to the condo dumpster.

Great condo very comfortable

We had a fantastic time in California. The area is beautiful and the weather was just perfect. John's condo is very central and had everything we needed,the garage was an extra bonus. We will be back, A bientot, Vic & Anyes

Awesome

I don't usually leave VRBO reviews because I have an expectation of a standard of excellence. I'm leaving this review because John exceeded this standard by a long shot. Besides having an incredible place to stay outfitted with everything one needs to enjoy Laguna Beach (you don't even need to leave the condo complex to have a great time), his level of customer care was amazing. I showed up accidently and unannounced a day in advance of my stay to a rented condo. John was so helpful and kind and helped me sort out a place to stay until my actual rental began. He was flexible with our check in time and made our stay in Laguna incredible. I would stay here again and again.

Very nice condo stay

My daughter and I really enjoyed this wonderful condo for a week in Aug 2017. We had a bit of trouble finding it based on our multiple emails and me digging for the information that John provided us. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the pool key is an electronic entrance (swipe to enter) not using the actual key so we missed out on using the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi for most of our stay until I heard back from John. We loved this location and the condo itself is so wonderful. We loved that it had a full kitchen, garage, spacious living room with the added den to allow separate sleeping with an additional pad and special neck pillow provided by John. This neck pillow really helped me during my stay so thank you so much. John has all the extra things anyone could ask for on a vacation away. I highly recommend staying here. It is minutes from Salt Creek beach, 10 minutes from Laguna beach, and 10 minutes from Dana Point. Just a beautiful location and near to grocery stores and any other stores you may need. There was also a trolley which is free to bring you around Laguna beach. We parked free at the Pavillion a few days and found this information out from the Visiting Center information area. Great stay! Thank you John.
