It's close to Big Kahuna Water Park and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk for more entertainment, Destin Commons shopping and events, and lots of mouth watering dining options! This newer townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and can sleep 8 guests! This family friendly home is stocked with family fun games and stand up Race Game Arcade.

The space
Comfort Beach Haven is a bright and airy property that is tastefully themed with modern coastal colors, just right for your getaway!

On the lower floor, you will find:

One bedroom has a king size bed with patio access.

Another bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with access to private patio and yard w/ table and chairs.
(Inside this bedroom features a standup Arcade for kids and adults)

The main floor (2nd floor) hosts a large master bedroom with king size bed, office desk, ensuite bath with upgraded glass shower, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Included in the master bedroom is a Play pen with full size bassinet for the little one.

The main floor also features a dining room and living Room that leads to a spacious deck.

The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa chair (Full size) and a center
table stocked with lots of fun family games. The living room leads to a spacious balcony with a community pool view; equipped with outdoor tables and chairs..

The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances - Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and so much more.

The lower floor also comes along with a walk-in laundry room and access to the garage where you will find in the storage closet with all you need to make your beach trip enjoyable.

In the Garage, Comfort Beach Haven comes fully stocked with all of your beach getaway essentials - including a beach cart, beach chairs, surf boards, a cooler and a beach umbrella.

The unit can accommodate 3 full sized vehicles, 2 in the driveway in front of the unit and 1 in the garage.

This resort style property is perfect for family vacations, couples or friends getaway, or to treat yourself to a relaxing vacation time at the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Each room has a Roku Smart TV. The smart TV in the living room and as well as the left side bedroom on the lower floor both have HDMI cable for gaming capabilities.

The Living Room features farmhouse center table where you will find various fun time family board and card games, including Scattegories, Monopoly, Twister, Chess, Uno, Phase 10, Family feud, Dominoes, Giant Jenga and so much more). Why don't you take the load, off, kick back, relax and have all the fun and laughter you deserve with this family time fun games. Let the fun begin with a Ridge Racer Arcade 1up located in the left lower floor bedroom for your enjoyment.

My stay was FANTASTIC, TERRIFIC, and JOYOUS!

Comfort Beach Haven lives up to its name! The Location-- plenty of restaurants, and shopping nearby; beach acess within walking distance; safe community The Townhouse-- comfortable furnishings, especially the beds; layout and decor are conducive to rest and play The Owners--professional, trustworthy, accessible, courteous and gracious! This was my second stay and I've already booked my third!

Great place to stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was amazing, very spacious and very clean. It had tons of games along with all the beach equipment you would need. The balcony was very relaxing to enjoy your coffee or a late night sip on your wine. The rooms are very spacious which accommodated all our family, the kitchen area was very accommodating as well along with all the appliances/kitchen supplies that you would need. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s a 10 out of 10 the beach is a short walk. And close to all the stores and gift shops.

This vacation was one for the books!!

First thank you to Wally and Toyin for sharing you lovely beach home. Me and my guest really enjoyed our stay while vacationing in Destin. The home is in a perfect location, surrounded by stores, restaurants, and entertainment. I flew in FT. Whalton which was a 30 min drive away to Destin. Literally the beach is a walk away towards the crab trap. First thing I noticed entering the home was the welcoming letter and information provided to help us with our stay. The whole house was very clean, and spaces well put together. Bedrooms were very comfy and all the amenities provided. Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Balcony was really nice area to relax and looks even great at night along with the other neighbors. Thank you again and I will definitely recommend for sure. I have your information and will keep in contact for my next stay!!
