House was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family’s vacation. Proximity to Acadia was great! We appreciated being able to bring our dog along and really enjoyed the back deck. A lot of road noise, but it did not keep us awake at night. Would stay again. Thank you!

Easy check in. Good communication from host. Clean house and amenities. No problems with rental other than a few insects that got inside (tree line behind house). It rained so we didn’t not use the grill/patio furniture or the fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The pond is across the highway. You don’t see much of it from the house. The traffic did not bother us. There are ac units that make noise to drown it out. Location is just outside bar harbor and Acadia. Took us 10-15 minutes to get to main attractions. Master bed and pillows were comfortable. Good internet service. Would stay there again.

Awesome house for our short stay

My family decided to add a couple of days in Bar Harbor to our Maine vacation and this house was perfect. A few minutes from the busy part of Bar Harbor, and a few minutes from Acadia: it was perfect. Super clean property, and the easiest cleaning/checkout process I've ever had at a rental.

The place was wonderful and the host was very helpful. Our only complaint was the traffic noise, but it helped having portable air conditioning units in our rooms so we could turn the fan on to drown out some of the noise.

Great spot for Acadia

Very clean and convenient location for quickly getting to & from Acadia and Bar Harbor. Beds were also very comfy! The house is right on a main road, where vehicles are frequently driving at high speeds, so just something to keep in mind.

House was great for a family vacation. Loved the room with 3 twins for the kids. Convenient location for visiting Acadia. Kitchen could have been cleaner as we had to scrub the stove top, dining table and some dishes prior to being able to use them. Host was great to work with resolving an issue we had with the oven in a timely manner and discussing the kitchen cleanliness. They seemed to truly care about any issues. Bedrooms could really benefit from some black out curtains. The blinds didnt seem to keep the sun out at all making sleeping past dawn a challenge for all of us.

Perfect spot just outside of Acadia!

This is a perfect little gem just outside of Acadia, outside the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor proper. It's a great spot to enjoy Acadia, but get away from the crowds to wind down for the night.

Nice, clean property centrally located to explore Acadia/bar harbor and quiet side of the island. Great for two families (7 people). Short drive to park entrance and carriage roads. On a busy road, but offset enough from the road with ample parking and driveway.

Great to have a spacious dog- friendly house!

House was clean, free coffee a nice bonus, and definitely nice to be able to bring our dog!! Kitchen fairly well- supplied though as a group of 5 we had to regularly clean plates and silverware. Living space, beds and bathrooms comfortable and as advertised. Would definitely go back!

Bar Harbor

Excellent property close to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor. House was spacious with plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. Two bathrooms provide plenty of privacy and space for all to tidy up. Nice deck off the back with gas grill and outdoor dining. Check in process was smooth and communication with the owner was prompt. Great trip and would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

Great weekend getaway

This house was perfectly located off the main road around Mt Desert Island. Less than 10 minutes into Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, but also close enough to the mainland for easy travel in and out. House was clean and enough room for 2 people and a large dog. While the property is dog friendly, there is no fence in the yard. Great stay in the off season!
