Come cozy up in this West Boca Raton apartment. The apartment is one bedroom, one bath with a washer and dryer in unit. It is located on a quiet little community on a perfect intersection (shops, restaurants, gym, coffee shop, movie theater all in walking distance). It is a 5 minute walk to Evert Tennis Academy and Boca Prep. There is direct parking in front of apartment and a beautiful lake perfect for an evening walk.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Mission Bay in West Boca Raton. It's a residential area but very close to many shops and restaurants. (Publix, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, Best Buy, Home Depot, Bed Bath and Beyond, Panera Bread, LA Fitness, Pure Barre, Padrinos Cuban restaurant, IHOP, McDonalds, Regal Shadowood Movie Theater (and many more) are all in the in the intersection. Lots of lakes and shaded areas for a nice walk about the neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the lakes. Close to Osprey Golf Course (no membership required) and South County Park.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and access to the community pool.

850 sq foot one bedroom, one bath apartment in West Boca Raton. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. The wifi and cable (HBO included) is provided by Hotwire. There is a large walk-in closet. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and we can add an extra rollaway bed at no additional charge (just need to arrange for it to be set up prior to check-in). It is located on a quiet neighborhood on great intersection with lots of shops, restaurants, lakes, coffee shops, movie theater and la fitness (5 day passes are usually available online). Guests also have access to the community pool located in the center of the complex. It is a heated, salt-water pool. The apartment is in walking distance from Evert Tennis Academy, Boca Prep School and Bircat Shalom Synagogue. About a 15 minute drive to Town Center Mall and less than half an hour from the beautiful Boca beaches.

There is free parking throughout the building complex. If you are staying for a while we would recommend renting a car (there's an Enterprise Rent A Car just down the road from us) or using UBER if you need to get somewhere further than the intersection.

There is free parking in the complex. While there is direct parking in front of the unit, the spaces are not assigned. You have access to 1-2 parking spots per apartment.

Pets are allowed with a $200/pet fee. If you need any baby equipment (high chair, pack & play) please let us know and we can try to arrange those for you.

Bugs & Critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed and do not leave food out that tends to attract them.
