Quaint Cottage

The cottage was as described and communications with the property manager were excellent. The location is great with an easy walk into town and public beach access nearby. A very pleasant stay in Provincetown!

Beautiful stay at a beautiful house

It was a pleasure to stay here and we would definitely stay again. The owners are accessible and helpful but it was so great we didn't need anything!

Great location, easy access, friendly host!

Perfect cottage for a Provincetown getaway. Short walk to and from town, beach, and ferry terminal. Stayed here with three friends, the house is well appointed and has all you need for your stay. Check in is seamless, and the host Garth is friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!

Cape cod

We had a wonderful stay! The home was close to Provincetown and the beach. There was an issue with hot water and it was fixed within hours. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Cape.

PTown Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is off the beaten path so quieter at night and in such a beautiful setting! Walking to town was easy - maybe 15 or 20 minutes. The 1/2 bath downstairs was tiny, but it worked for us. Thanks!

Our second visit

We have stayed in many different places in Ptown and this house is a favorite. The space is comfortable, it’s convenient and quiet, and the outdoor space is lovely.

Carnival Week Getaway

This property is stunning! The inside is just as beautiful as the outside. It’s a block away from the beach and just far enough into the historic area where it’s not too noisy, but not too far from everything either. The owner is also super friendly and responsive. I would absolutely go back and stay here.

Beautiful house in Ptown

We really loved the old house with its beautiful old beams, the bright orange touches throughout the interior decor, the exquisite garden, and the warm welcome provided by Garth (via text) and Antonio (in person). We would love to come back.

short family trip for pride week

it was very nice ...the only Caveat is that im very tall 6'5" the ceilings are a bit low for me and the small bathroom was unusable for me but thats only bc of my size ...otherwise it was a wonderful stay and very convenient

Lovely Outdoor Space

The biggest selling point is the lovely outdoor area, with two different spaces you can sit and relax in. There is also an outdoor shower, which was so fun to use. East End Market is walking distance for your grocery needs. Quiet at night, but a medium walking distance to the more happening section of Commercial Street. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a magical weekend! We had a great time relaxing inside and outside in the garden! Pro tip- Walk to the hotel and rent scooters and bakes to get into town with the coast app!

Home away from home

Absolutely charming and fairy tale cottage. A great place to have as a home base to rest up for all the events available in the best little resort town known as Ptown. Amazingly well laid out for a family or group of friends amidst a most home like setting inviting you to chill and relax.

Wonderful stay at the charming cottage

We had a fantastic time at the cottage. It was one of the cleanest rentals that I've ever encountered. Well-appointed, with lovely gardens. Very close to Commercial Street and public access to the bay. Garth is a wonderful host. I appreciated the fact that he checked in with me several times via email to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at the charming cottage again!

A cozy cottage retreat

Loved our stay at Garth’s. All the comforts of home in a cute lil beach cottage setting. Great outdoor meditation garden for quiet coffee mornings. A couple blocks from the public beach access walkthrough with a quite section of harbor beach to picnic on was me and my friends go to choice. It was so nice being able to bring my lil chiweiner dog with me
he loved the beach too!

Lovely place

The place is clean and charming. We love the decor and very homey. Location is a plus, nearby a lot of restaurant, stores, beach and only 6 minutes drive to Stop and Shop and 7 minutes drive to Herring Cove Beach. The host, Garth, is very responsive and helpful. Thank you Garth for all your hospitality and I hope I can visit again.

Great House & Reasonably Priced

The garden is fairly large and calming (includes running fountain & pond). The house is roomy & comfortable. We loved the location: a close walk to all the action on Commercial Street, and just far enough for peace & quiet when desired. Highly recommend considering this beautiful home for your next stay!! 👌

Great home for a stay in Ptown!

My group had a great stay in this super charming cottage on the East End of Ptown during Halloween weekend. The home itself is very cute and the yard with little seating areas was also perfect to enjoy the gorgeous fall weather. Communication with Garth was easy and seamless. A++ all around.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We really enjoy the quiet of the east end and extra space our property allows for the pups. The cottage is on Bradford Street (a 1/2 mile in at the split between Commercial and Bradford Streets) which is one of two main thoroughfares through Ptown, it is less congested than the west end & has beach access only one block away. There are also wonderful details about the house that we were drawn to (whaling ship beams, the build in cabinetry & hardware) upon our first look. Most of our neighbors are full-time and Ptown residents and we know them by name :) Thanks again for taking look!
