Fully restored 3 bedroom historic beach cottage - everything is new. Perfect location near the heart of Beach Haven. Two bedrooms and full bath down, main bedroom and full bath on second floor. Bonus building in backyard has two bedrooms, full bath and kitchen upstairs and family “hang out” space downstairs. Perfect property for extended family! Put your college kids in the back and enjoy the peace and quiet in the front!
Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, badges and toys are included.
Sheets and towels are NOT included.

Amazing Vacation Home

We had an amazing vacation staying in Jennifer’s home. The historical cottage as well as the back house accommodated our family and extended family perfectly. The outdoor space is awesome-grill space, outdoor refrigerator made grilling a breeze. Super easy walk to the beach and shopping. We look forward to returning!

Family Trip

You CANNOT beat this home or location. It’s perfect for a large family or group of couples. The home is impeccably, clean and organized. The finishes in the home are top notch and unique. The kitchen as well equipped, and the landscaping and outdoor spaces are top notch. We LOVED the cottage to the rear or the home, as it is private and has a large living area with an oversized sectional and TV, perfect for the kids to have their own space. The home is a perfect blend of modern and vintage Cape Cod. It’s about a block from the beach and there is a lifeguard stand right at the entrance. Best part, you can WALK TO IT ALL! Fantasy Island, Showplace, Bay Village, Holiday Snack Bar, Tucker’s Tavern, Parker’s Garage, Uncle Will’s, Pearl Street Market, shops, liquor stores etc. The list is endless. The owner is wonderful and responsive. We will be back next year!

Beach Haven heaven!

We loved our stay! Not only did we get lucky with the beautiful weather, we found this gem of a house on fifth street. We’ve been renting for many years with our family, in Brant Beach the Holgate and ultimately Beach Haven.. and the kids loved THIS house and it’s location. Steps from the beach, quiet but yet still very close to everything Beach Haven has to offer. The main house with the 3 bedrooms was perfect for us and the back house space was a nice bonus(a kitchenette, full bath, small living space and two bedrooms upstairs- queen & twin) and a big second family space downstairs with a tv, 1/2 bath and daybed.) The backyard..which we had not seen pictures of, was nicely done with the outdoor grill/kitchen area (high top with 4 stools) plus dining and sitting area. It was a great hangout space for all of us. The house was very clean, seemed newly redone and had all the modern amenities. We hope to return next year!

Bright clean property. Right where you need it to be.

When we arrived the owner met us and was very accommodating to our every need. She clearly wanted us to have a good time there and be comfortable. I appreciated her attitude, with minimal rules and directions and without endless nit picking details we have experienced in the past with some other rentals. She made herself available by text for our last minute questions, which was a big help. We had a great time. Great property. Great location.
