The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space and cabinet storage to help you craft tonight's home-cooked masterpiece, and you can serve up to six dinner guests at the dining room table while the kids swing their feet from the two breakfast bar stools. When it's time to call it a night, the main house offers four well-appointed bedrooms split between the two levels, two with en-suite baths.

Adjacent to the main house, the studio guest home offers an ideal space for extra group members who want a bit of privacy during your stay. With attractive decor, a cozy kitchenette featuring small appliances, a dining table for two, and a luxurious queen-size bed, this space has all the creature comforts your guests will need. The bathroom even includes a roomy glass-enclosed walk-in shower. While you're here, you'll enjoy access to the home's high-speed internet, and between the studio's dining table and the main home's second-level work desk, remote workers and students will have no trouble knocking out those last-minute online tasks. Take advantage of the main house's private washer and dryer to ensure everyone looks their very best, and don't forget to let the central AC keep everything nice and cool on those hot summer days.

This home is a combination of Humphreys - Main Home and Humphreys - Studio , which can both be rented separately.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
