Parking is available for three cars, with two in the garage and one in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

This rental does not have air-conditioning. Access to the front door is via six exterior steps.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

Located 2 miles from Bear Mountain, it's just a 6-minute drive from your rental to the slopes. In the area, you'll also find the Alpine Zoo and rewarding hikes in the Truck Trails area. Find even more ski terrain at Snow Summit, just 3 miles away.

Travel 5 miles to Big Bear Village to find a plethora of local shops and restaurants. Lake fun awaits at Ski Beach Park, also 5 miles away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
