Each bedroom has its own bath, a futon in the living room adds extra sleeping space, and a full kitchen with upscale appliances lets you cook up tasty meals. A patio table awaits on the deck, and there's plenty of seating and a firepit in a large side yard.

It's easy to socialize together in a large living space, cleverly split into two open sitting areas. Watch movies on the living room's 42' TV. Or pick a novel from the book-filled shelves. Whip up a hearty meal in the kitchen, boasting a gas stove, two ovens, a side-by-side refrigerator, and tons of prep space. At the heart of the kitchen, a large dining table is perfect for togetherness.

Upstairs, a lofted sleeping space features pretty wooded views, a queen bed, and a 24' TV. Enjoy a sitting area with a cushioned chair and couch, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the entry level, more verdant views await in the guest bedroom which has a queen bed and large storage closets. A guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

This unit requires 4X4 access during the rainy season. The road can get muddy and hard to drive. Off-road vehicle is advised due to this property being remote.
This rental does not have air conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
