The studio bathroom has a single vanity and a separate shower and soaking tub. The bedroom opens to a private patio on a greenbelt with the gated resort community. Parking is located on Classic Drive less than 30 feet from the unit. The villa offers tremendous value for your next trip to the California desert. The unit can be combined with LV110 to create a spacious 2 bedroom unit (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 1 bedroom unit and studio unit. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the lock-off door from 10pm-8am.
