En vacker Desert Princess Condo med fin utsikt över bergen med utsikt över golfbanan. En härlig söderläge, 1200 kvm, två sovrum (dubbel master svit), alla med Kalifornien King size-sängar, två badrum, lägenhet utanför den 9: e farleden vid Desert Princess CC. Privat park som miljö med vacker utsikt över bergen och vattnet. Nära till gemensam pool. Bara en kort promenad till hotellet och klubbhuset. Uppdaterad kakelgolv i vardagsrummet och på den täckta ryggen uteplats. Desert Princess CC and Resort har en 27 håls golfbana, 10 tennisbanor, 32 gemensamma pooler, uppdaterat gym, på platsens dagspa och nyligen ombyggda klubbhus och klubbrum. Bara några minuter från centrum av Palm Springs och Palm Springs flygplats.

Om du befinner dig i frisk luft och vackert natur, är öknen för dig. Med utsikt över bergen i bakgrunden, kommer du att sitta på uteplatsen avkopplande och utsikt över en frodig grön golfbana, med fontäner med vatten i banan sjön. Om du också håller dig i form är Desert Princess Country Club and Resort platsen för dig. Förutom golfen, kan du också cykla i resortsskyddade anläggningar. Det finns också tennisbanor i klass A, en picklebollplan, racquetballbanor, många simbassänger och varv, och en förstklassig expansiv fitness- och viktsanläggning. För vandring kan du ta dig till de många vandringslederna som börjar i de lokala bergsfoten. Du kan också åka spårvagnen upp till toppen av San Jacinto-bergen. Great place to stay for a golf trip

Condo was perfect, located on 9th hole, just a short walk to Doubletree hotel and clubhouse. Close to market and restaurants just the street.

Home away from home

Bill’s 2 bed 2 bath is just what you need for whatever trip you have planned. Check in is a breeze and the neighborhood is gorgeous and serene. His home is a bit dated, but it’s a classic. Would recommend!

Desert Princess condo

Perfect accommodations with 2 king suites and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well appointed and the patio is furnished with comfy chairs, a dining table and nice barbecue. An oasis in the desert.

Great location

We really enjoyed this condo. We have stayed at several condos at the Desert Princess and love this location and view is fabulous. Also not right on the golf course so no balls bouncing off the patio:)

Cathedral City Condo

Very comfortable condo in a nice location on the golf course. We had a crazy weather weekend with very high winds and a lot of sand, but the condo withstood it well!

Beautiful property, peaceful and relaxing

Bill was a wonderful host. The layout of the condo and rooms was perfect to have guests, beautiful views from every room of the grounds and golf course, short walk or bike ride to the clubhouse (food was delicious). Great unit for pets. Bill was very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

Love the location

This neighborhood is fantastic. I always felt safe and love the amenities (especially the spa). This house was in a great location and had two masters. Perfect for us and our friends to share without thinking someone got a better room. Big closets, bathroom, and bedrooms. The kitchen was a little dated but was stocked with everything we needed. Bill, the owner, is so nice too. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Great Stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed our weekend stay in this very comfortable and roomy condo. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed all the amenities at the beautiful Desert Princess too. My 2 year old daughter loved running around outside on the green belt and seeing the ducks and koi fish in the lakes. We even picked lemons and grapefruit from nearby trees :) Bill the owner is awesome! I called at the last minute and fortunately the condo was available. Bill was extremely pleasant and helpful and made the whole rental process easy. I look forward to returning to this desert oasis!!

Really Enjoyed your Stay!

Good location for what we wanted/needed, convenient access to Shopping, Restaurants, Groceries and Outdoor Adventures. Check-in process was easy and no hassles at all and the small Christmas Welcome Gift was Appreciated! The place was very comfortable, clean and just like the posted pictures. Patio off the sliding doors was a great place to have a morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. Communication with the owner Bill was quick and efficient and was only for a couple of minor "issues" that where quickly sorted out! The Country Club grounds, swimming pools and hot tubs where Great. Closest pool and hot tub a short 2 minute walk away. We all agreed that we wished we had spent more time in PS and at Desert Princess CC. We would gladly stay again - Thanks

Loved the coziness of the condo and where it was situated on the golf course . We used to live in one of the houses at DPCC 20 years ago. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced as the wood table is peeling and I snagged my shirt on it. The cushions on the chairs are flat and give no support. Those need to be replaced as well. My biggest concern was the lack of control with the a/c. The condo was 85 when we arrived and could only lower the temp to 75. The first two days we were there it was in the 90’s in PS. I texted the owner and he lowered it to 73. Better but still warm. the ceiling fan in living room didn’t cool very much even on the high setting.. The master bedroom was very cool and the ceiling fan was great! Overall we enjoyed being there.

Spacious and Great Location

Overall a great stay! We've stayed at many rental properties in Palm Springs. This condo was quite good. As you can see in the photos it's a bit dated, but comfortable and convenient. As always it's great having a kitchen and washer/dryer on vacation. There were lots of towels and supplies in the condo which was lovely. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were great. The information booklet provided by the host was very thorough and thoughtful. A few shortcomings to note: 1. There are two king beds which is great, but the mattresses have very poor motion isolation so any little movement was felt throughout. This resulted in less than ideal sleeps. 2. The pots and pans, as well as the knives, are very very worn. Many of the supplies are. I had to buy knives in order to be able to cook properly (which I left there for the next guest). 3. The dryer is extremely loud. 4. The floors were very dirty so we had to wear slippers the entire time. There are many pools at Desert Princess but note that they are a bit run down and not cleaned regularly. There was a lot of debris in the pools. However the grounds are beautiful and well kept!

The Perfect Place To Stay In The Palm Springs Area

I'll try to keep this to a minimum...I'm ready to book for next year! 1. I have come to Cathedral City for 14 years in April and have known of the Desert Princess, so for this year, I knew it would be a good fit for me because I am familiar with the area. 2. Bill, the Property Manager, is excellent to work with. The level of communication is high and he responds quickly. I like that because I am the type of person who wants to know exactly what to expect ahead of time. 3. The D.P. is about 5 - 10 minutes from PSP. Security is tight. Upon entrance, you are required to show your pass which you are given upon arrival. Palm Springs is about a 10 minute drive. 4. It is very quiet, the facility is one story, it is a stucco type of building so that it stays cool even without the air conditioner. 5. The floor plan is excellent. The living room and kitchen/dining area are in the center of the condo. On one side is a bedroom that opens to a bathroom with a shower/tub. This bedroom is also accessible from the main living area. The opposite side has the Master with a shower. Both baths have double sinks and an additional storage closet with towels, places to hang clothes and fun play stuff for the pool and lawn. All areas have sliding doors to access the patio which overlooks the golf course. 6. Walking distance to a heated lap pool (25 yards long and 4 - 5 feet deep) is 2 minutes. The regular small pool with hot tub is 2 minutes. 7. We have access to the Desert Princess pool, which is a maximum of 5 minutes away and is huge and wonderful. Bar, hot tub and complimentary towels along with a restroom that can accomodate diaper changing. 8. Plates, dishes, pans, etc. are endless. Some staples are provided. 9. We walked across the street to Stater Brothers for our food and beverage items. 10. Loved every aspect of it! I'm hoping to book again next year at the same time. And I will book early, because there are so many events going on from March through May! Thanks, Bill!!!

I purchased my first condo in Desert Princess in 2013. I really love the desert overall, but the DP resort is an absolute gem. I love the community and all the people associated with it. It has been a wonderful experience to be able to share my properties with others, and I always get a nice compliment on how beautiful it is, and how much of a relaxed atmosphere the resort provides for all of my guests. I have met many wonderful people, and that has been a great joy over the years. I look forward to more acquaintances to come, and I hope you can be one of them.
