Denna exklusiva lÀgenhet ligger pÄ andra vÄningen och har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. BefÀlhavaren Àr möblerad med en king size-sÀng med eget badrum som har en jacuzzi trÀdgÄrd badkar och duschkabin. Du kommer att vilja spendera tid pÄ att blötlÀgga och beundra viken frÄn bukten frÄn detta badkar. BefÀlhavaren öppnar mot en stor, rund balkong. Det andra sovrummet har tvÄ mycket bekvÀma dubbelsÀngar för en bra nattsömn. Varje sovrum Àr möblerat med en LCD-tv. GÀstbadrummet Àr stort och ligger precis utanför det andra sovrummet.

Our stay was fabulous! The property is beautiful, clean and overlooks the most beautiful view of the Gulf. The host reached out just before our stay and made himself available for any questions. We look forward to rebooking in the summer.

5 Stars for sure***** The property was accurately described by Tim on his listing. Bed super comfortable with great sheets, everything needed to stay was pretty much available in the kitchen. Washer and Dryer seemed very much on the new side and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The property itself is outstanding and super great parking (unlike a lot of other condos in the area who have dreadful parking ) property was well maintained and we would highly recommend this property and especially this unit to anyone looking for a clean fun stay. Very clear instructions on what to do when checking out, I would make sure you bring shampoo and soap for the showers as that wasn't provided (I may have overlooked that on the booking) other than that maybe an extra blanket or two. Will look to return again in the future.... Picture is from the Balcony

The bed was very comfortable as was the power sofa and recliner. The kitchen had all we needed and there was full size washer and dryer, too! There are also 3 fans which I was very happy to find. The balcony had great views. October was a great time to vacation in Navarre. BTW-best breakfast around is Andy D’s!

Check in and out was very easy The balcony and the jacuzzi view was amazing. Walking distance to a few restaurants and beach.The kitchen was clean and had accessories. We had a great time. The host was great with fast response.

This is beautiful property right at eye level with the gulf. Sitting on the balcony is like sitting right on the beach. Quiet and peaceful. One of the best properties we have experienced in a while. Can't wait to get back!!

Perfect Family Vacation

We came in on Saturday the final day of the Blue Angels big show. This was not part of our plan. This meant heavy traffic and bridges being one way at a certain time. We got in early in the day and Tim was great, he had the condo ready plenty early for us to eat, get groceries for the week and be over the bridge before lanes were all going off the island. After Saturday we noticed very little traffic so that was great. The condo was clean, had a great view and tons of beach accessories! Being 2nd floor, it was easy to take the stairs if we didn’t want to ride the elevator for one or two floors. The condo has carts that were very helpful getting groceries up to the room too. Location was perfect being between Destin (50 min) and Pensacola (35 min). We loved not having the touristy all around us, but knowing a little drive and we could go there. We visited several restaurants TC Front Porch, Dewey Destin’s, Andy D’s, and more, our favorite was TC Front Porch. The Turtle Roll was great for ice cream, offering dairy free options which are hard to come by! The pool was larger than the pictures appeared so that was a fun surprise, we also used the workout room which was clean and ready to go. It was a very friendly family focused condo, we would definitely return if ever in this area.

Beautiful Condo

We will be staying here again. We loved the Condo and everything was prefect. The beds were soft and the water pressure was really good. Plenty of dishes if you want to do any cooking. The furniture was very comfortable. Beach chairs and beach toys for the kids are in the condo. Board games and books if you want to read. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. He even sent us a text that we could check in early. Prefect location to the Pier, not to far and not to close. Pool is big and up to 5 foot deep. This is the prefect place to stay.

Wonderful Place

We enjoyed our stay here with four adults and a newborn. The room was clean and welcoming. Several beach items to use in the storage unit and there are several board games as well. Quick and easy access to the beach and pool.

Great condo

We enjoyed staying at Beach Colony Resort, it was decorated great. Easy entry and well stocked if there was small kids they have plenty of games and outdoors stuff. Only my husband a one grand we had plenty of room ,will definitely come again.2 B is a beautiful condo. Martha Gardner

Amazing unit and host

This place was fantastic, and Tim is a fantastic host, ensuring our stay was top-notch. The unit was even better than the pictures, with an amazing view of the beach and pier. Being on the 2nd floor meant a quick elevator ride or short stair walk, and you were at the beach! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and as others have mentioned, even though we couldn't take advantage of it, Tim gave us the opportunity to check in early. We'll be back!

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was beautiful with a great location. Everything you could need was provided. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The host was exceptional. From booking the condo til checkout he was readily available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this condo and definitely plan on returning in the future.

Perfect Getaway

My adult daughter and I wanted to take a Girl Getaway and decided on Navarre Beach. What a beautiful choice it was! We had such a relaxing time and it was so peaceful with perfect weather. Tim was an excellent host who responded immediately to any questions we had and he provided all of the information we needed beforehand for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic place with ocean view!

Loved the condo and all that was part of our stay! Lots of supplies and space in condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when beach was too stormy but still could watch the ocean! Relaxing and peaceful first visit to Navarre Beach. Thank you!

Breathtaking!

This condo is perfect! I didn’t know how much I would like the 2nd floor because I’ve always stayed higher up but I absolutely loved it!!! So convenient and still incredible views! The condo had everything we needed and was clean and beautiful! Tim was fantastic to work with!
