Beach Colony Resort East condominium väntar dig på en avkopplande semester. Unna dig detta lyxkomplex, som ligger direkt på Navarre Beach, med en fri utsikt över Mexikanska golfen.

Denna exklusiva lägenhet ligger på andra våningen och har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Befälhavaren är möblerad med en king size-säng med eget badrum som har en jacuzzi trädgård badkar och duschkabin. Du kommer att vilja spendera tid på att blötlägga och beundra viken från bukten från detta badkar. Befälhavaren öppnar mot en stor, rund balkong. Det andra sovrummet har två mycket bekväma dubbelsängar för en bra nattsömn. Varje sovrum är möblerat med en LCD-tv. Gästbadrummet är stort och ligger precis utanför det andra sovrummet.

Det stora vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser med nya lädermöbler. Utsikten från vardagsrummet gör att du kan beundra Mexikanska golfen direkt från din stol.

Njut av timmar av avkoppling som sitter på den stora runda balkongen, med utsikt över Navarra fiskebrygga och människor som tittar på.

Det fullt möblerade köket är utrustat med köksredskap, servis och glas. Den är fylld med föremål du hittar i ditt eget kök. Det finns en två person som äter bar bifogad. Matsalen har ett 4-personers matbord för dig att sitta och njuta av den spektakulära utsikten över smaragdgröna vattnet.

Check in and out was very easy The balcony and the jacuzzi view was amazing. Walking distance to a few restaurants and beach.The kitchen was clean and had accessories. We had a great time. The host was great with fast response.

This is beautiful property right at eye level with the gulf. Sitting on the balcony is like sitting right on the beach. Quiet and peaceful. One of the best properties we have experienced in a while. Can't wait to get back!!

Perfect Family Vacation

We came in on Saturday the final day of the Blue Angels big show. This was not part of our plan. This meant heavy traffic and bridges being one way at a certain time. We got in early in the day and Tim was great, he had the condo ready plenty early for us to eat, get groceries for the week and be over the bridge before lanes were all going off the island. After Saturday we noticed very little traffic so that was great. The condo was clean, had a great view and tons of beach accessories! Being 2nd floor, it was easy to take the stairs if we didn’t want to ride the elevator for one or two floors. The condo has carts that were very helpful getting groceries up to the room too. Location was perfect being between Destin (50 min) and Pensacola (35 min). We loved not having the touristy all around us, but knowing a little drive and we could go there. We visited several restaurants TC Front Porch, Dewey Destin’s, Andy D’s, and more, our favorite was TC Front Porch. The Turtle Roll was great for ice cream, offering dairy free options which are hard to come by! The pool was larger than the pictures appeared so that was a fun surprise, we also used the workout room which was clean and ready to go. It was a very friendly family focused condo, we would definitely return if ever in this area.

Beautiful Condo

We will be staying here again. We loved the Condo and everything was prefect. The beds were soft and the water pressure was really good. Plenty of dishes if you want to do any cooking. The furniture was very comfortable. Beach chairs and beach toys for the kids are in the condo. Board games and books if you want to read. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. He even sent us a text that we could check in early. Prefect location to the Pier, not to far and not to close. Pool is big and up to 5 foot deep. This is the prefect place to stay.

Just beautiful I love staying in May. There is not that many people. It is like you have your own beach. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves.

Wonderful Place

We enjoyed our stay here with four adults and a newborn. The room was clean and welcoming. Several beach items to use in the storage unit and there are several board games as well. Quick and easy access to the beach and pool.

Great condo

We enjoyed staying at Beach Colony Resort, it was decorated great. Easy entry and well stocked if there was small kids they have plenty of games and outdoors stuff. Only my husband a one grand we had plenty of room ,will definitely come again.2 B is a beautiful condo. Martha Gardner

Perfect beach getaway!

Amazing unit and host

This place was fantastic, and Tim is a fantastic host, ensuring our stay was top-notch. The unit was even better than the pictures, with an amazing view of the beach and pier. Being on the 2nd floor meant a quick elevator ride or short stair walk, and you were at the beach! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and as others have mentioned, even though we couldn't take advantage of it, Tim gave us the opportunity to check in early. We'll be back!

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was beautiful with a great location. Everything you could need was provided. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The host was exceptional. From booking the condo til checkout he was readily available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this condo and definitely plan on returning in the future.

Perfect Getaway

My adult daughter and I wanted to take a Girl Getaway and decided on Navarre Beach. What a beautiful choice it was! We had such a relaxing time and it was so peaceful with perfect weather. Tim was an excellent host who responded immediately to any questions we had and he provided all of the information we needed beforehand for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic place with ocean view!

Loved the condo and all that was part of our stay! Lots of supplies and space in condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when beach was too stormy but still could watch the ocean! Relaxing and peaceful first visit to Navarre Beach. Thank you!

Breathtaking!

This condo is perfect! I didn’t know how much I would like the 2nd floor because I’ve always stayed higher up but I absolutely loved it!!! So convenient and still incredible views! The condo had everything we needed and was clean and beautiful! Tim was fantastic to work with!

Fall Girlfriend Getaway!

We have stayed at BC several times and love everything about the resort! This unit was great as well. Well appointed and comfy beds. We appreciated the supply of kitchen and laundry staples, and provided beach towels were a plus. Tim was very attentive, and answered any questions quickly. He even allowed us to check in early! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Family Beach Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here and will be booking again for next year. The owner text me the day before our trip letting me know we could arrive early. This really let us maximize our arrival day. The condo was very spacious, much bigger than I realized. The views were great and I really enjoyed the windows in the master bath.

Relaxing in Paradise

This condo was immaculate! Very clean, excellently supplied, and perfectly decorated. It had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and extra blankets, and everything you could ever need for a day out on the beach. Chairs, shovels, nets, sandcastle supplies, floats, you name it! We were so happy and so relaxed. The view of the sunrise coming up over the pier in the morning was beautiful and serene. Tim was very responsive, positive, and helpful through text during check in and check out. It was a seemless process and we did not have any issues at all. The condo is situated only 30 minutes from Destin and Pensacola Beach. We were able to meet family for dinner at both places as the drive was leisurely and fast. We will be back! Thank you Tim!

Wonderful place!

This place is terrific! Very clean and a wonderful condo property. This place is on the second floor and only a short walk to the pool/beach. The pool is huge. It has a patio with a great view of the beach and pier. We had coffee each morning outside. It is super comfortable with everything you need. Tim, the property manager is super nice and let us know ASAP that it was ready for check in, well before the 4 o’clock check in! He is a wonderful host! We will be back!!
