Welcome to The Moorings #22!
This 3rd-floor condo is everything you need to unwind. Start every day on the private screened balcony listening to the birds in the maritime forest.
You'll have access to two beautifully furnished bedrooms, both with queen beds. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious spa bathroom while the second bedroom shares a hall bath.
Mealtime is a breeze in the fully-equipped kitchen, with both a breakfast bar and a dining table to serve.
End each day where you started, on the balcony to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the marina!
Accommodates 4
Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
There is also an elevator from the parking garage for guest use.
Guests have access to the community pool and 4 grill areas.
NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesnât imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
