Trädgårdsstuga 70 - Come Stay A While .....

Trädgårdsstuga 70 Kom och håll en stund! Detta 3 sovrum, 3. Stadsbostad med 5 badrum, inredda i rika toner och färgglada konstverk, kommer att göra varje semester ljusare! På första våningen finns ett stort sovrum (kung) med eget badrum, med tillgång till avskärmad veranda samt ett fullt utrustat kök. Köket har apparater i rostfritt stål och en Keurig kaffemaskin, samt en bar top perfekt för underhållande. Från köket hittar du det rymliga vardagsrummet, perfekt för avkoppling efter en dag på stranden, samt tillgång till den nedre skärmen i verandan. Förbi verandan kommer du att bli glad att hitta en stor uteplats med gasgrill. På första våningen finns också ett pulverrum och bekväm tvättgarderob. På andra våningen finns två sovrum (drottning / tvillingar) och två fulla bad, vardera med tillgång till den övre balkongen, perfekt för att njuta av den friska luften. Dessutom har gästerna tillgång till The Cottages på Jekyll Island miljontals dollar bekvämligheter, som inkluderar klubbhus, noll entré pool och fitness, stranddäck och community eldstad.

PÅ HAVSHANTERING

Tillträde till stranden: Fortsättningen med staten Georgia's Jekyll Island Revetment Rehabilitation Project har resulterat i en tillfällig förlust av tillgång till stranden till vattnet längs vår strandlinje. Det finns fortfarande tillgång till högvattenstranden, vid landsbygden av klippet. Vi rekommenderar Driftwood Beach, som ligger norr om The Cottages eller bara några minuter söderut med bil till området Great Dunes Park.

Relaxing island and beautiful accommodations

We had issues with the door lock when we first arrived but it got quickly resolved with a phone call. The cottage is extremely comfortable and well appointed. Loved our trip!

50th bday celebration

Love this place! My siblings and I celebrated my mom’s 50th birthday in Jekyll. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to respond to any questions that I had.

The cottage was very well decorated and maintained. Perfect location. Beautiful oversized pool on the grounds. Great communication with staff!! Would highly recommend The Cottages.

Great location. Beautiful place

The house was very comfortable and in a great location. There was some confusion over the lack of towels but the property manager was very responsive. The water heater went out mid-week, but that was also fixed quickly after calling the property manager.

Beautiful Property

Loved the townhome with all the space. Pool was spacious and gym was great for us being there for the week. The only issue we had was the listing said “3 beach access points” which turned out to feel misleading. We packed us stuff to access the beach from one of these points but there was sand with a large rock wall and bridge over it. When you cross the bridge it goes right into the water. I would not consider this beach access as you are not actually accessing the beach. We were bummed but the rest of the property was great!

Nice stay despite fruit flies

To no fault of the owner we were unfortunate to arrive just as the seasonal fruit flies arrived. Unclean feeling because they were landing everywhere in the kitchen and flying all around (even upstairs). Property management tried to help but the fruit flies seemed to have the upper hand. Other than the fruit flies the townhome was lovely spacious and comfortable.

Spring Break

We had a great stay at our Garden Cottage. It was nicer and more spacious than the pictures portrayed. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linens and towels. The kitchen was also well stocked with essentials. We loved that the refrigerator had a water dispenser. Our only disappointment was with the community spaces. Unfortunately the pool was not heated, the club house and gym were a lot smaller than we thought, and there was only one active beach access point that had not been taken out by the hurricane. I think the main sticking point was there were no lounge chairs at the pool. There were only sitting chairs with tables and umbrellas. We ended up spending most of our time at a different location with our friends b/c of this. The complex was very well maintained and clean, which was nice.

Great location! Great stay

Had a great week in Jekyll - the Cottages is a great little community. The pool was perfect, beach so close and everything you need is on the island. Pack your own beach chairs and be sure to grocery shop before you head to the island.

Weekend Getaway

Loved the property @ The Cottages. Close to beach access. The townhouse was very clean & well decorated. Everything we needed was available for us. Driftwood Beach is just over 1 mile away. Will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Amazing

The property was clean and the area is quiet and secure. The air quality was good. We have a water softener system at our home and the quality of the water in the cottage was just as good as our water softener system. The little things that we do have is just the bed wasn't comfortable for us and the water pressure in the shower could have been better, and the number of the cottage should be bigger. But overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our Anniversary!!! 😁

We did not want to leave!

I have been coming to both islands (St.Simons included) for a few years. But this was my first stay on Jekyll Island and it was amazing. The home was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. It was a few steps from the pool and the beach. It was just beautiful I had to drag my sister out of the house at check out. We will definitely return for our fall vacation.
