Thank you for your 8/10 rating. We’re glad to know you had a good stay overall and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Since there was no written comment, we’re not sure what would have made the experience a 10/10, but we always welcome any additional details that could help us improve. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.

Hi Dan, Thank you for the 5-Star review! We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay with us and that everything was great! We hope to see you again in the future. Sincerely, The Staff at Northern Michigan Escapes

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear everything was as described and that you enjoyed having the water equipment available during your stay. It’s also great to know the house had plenty of space and that the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciate your suggestion about adding more detail to the listing regarding the kitchen items, as that is helpful for guests who like to plan ahead. Thank you as well for the note about dining table seating. We understand that with occupancy for 10, having seating for everyone at the table would make group meals more convenient, especially since the table itself is large enough. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for sharing helpful feedback. We truly appreciate it and would be happy to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re thrilled to hear you had an awesome trip and that the snow turned the view into a true winter wonderland. There’s something pretty magical about looking out the window and seeing everything covered in fresh snow while you’re warm and cozy inside. We’re glad the setting helped make your stay feel special and memorable. Whether you were out enjoying the slopes and winter activities or just taking in the view with a warm drink, it sounds like you had the kind of getaway we hope every guest experiences. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review. We’d love to welcome you back for another snowy escape or to see the area in a different season.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about The Beach House. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful Long Lake location and that the home provided plenty of space for your group. That said, we’re very sorry the property did not feel fully prepared for your arrival. The showerheads pulling away from the walls, loose toilet seats, lack of warm water in the upstairs bathroom, missing pillows and pillowcases, missing toilet paper, lack of spare trash bags, and displaced hot tub headrests are all items that should have been caught before check-in. We appreciate that you documented these concerns and shared them with our property management team during your stay. Your feedback will be reviewed with our maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams so these items can be addressed and our between-stay inspection process can be improved. The Beach House is in a wonderful setting, and we regret that these maintenance and preparation issues took away from your experience. Thank you again for bringing them to our attention.
