Attached Unit, a few minute walk from the Beach

Full one bedroom, one bathroom, living area with a 60 inch flat screen and kitchenette. This is an attached with its own private entry. We are located one and a half blocks from a private beach with key access. This dwelling is attached to our home that we live in with our family and animals including two small dogs and two cats.

Stunning private neighborhood with attentive hosts

Lovely one bedroom apartment with dedicated parking located in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a small beach. Short drive to Santa Barbara attractions. Host was responsive and friendly. Really loved our stay!

This place is a gem! We were in town for my son’s student orientation at UCSB, and this place is very conveniently located to campus and easy to get to. It was a very clean, private, quiet and safe sanctuary to return to after a long and full day at UCSB. I would stay here over and over each time I’m visiting UCSB. Hosts were quick to respond and wonderful.

Quiet, close proximity to Santa Barbara and Goleta

Our daughter goes to UCSB and we wanted to stay nearby but not in a cookie cutter hotel. This place fit our criteria and much more. The place is just right for the two of us and our medium sized dog. The neighborhood is very, very nice and private access to the beach is just down the street. We would stay there again and again.

Quiet time out.

Perfect beach stay. Minutes from steps to private beach. Marine layer cool in the morning. Crazy how pleasant the weather was with heat records everywhere. Private cul de sac location.

Short but beautiful stay

Owner was constantly in contact and provided everything we needed. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood with private beach access. Bathroom supplies were plentiful and towels and bedding as well. Was a bit difficult to find as we got there very late at night but once we found the neighborhood it was quite easy. Great place to stay if you’re looking for a place in beautiful SB.

cute little studio

my husband and I had a comfortable and quick stay in this cute little studio space. The shower has perfect temp and water pressure; and the access to the private beach was such a bonus! The double bed was a little small for the two of us to share, but we knew that going into it... not sure a larger bed could fit into the bedroom space or not! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Very pleasant

Only drawbacks are that cooking is limited to a microwave and you will hear an airplane take off early morning,daily. Otherwise, very quiet and tranquil. Right by the ocean. I will stay again. Super close to everything yet feels secluded. Small but comfortable. Bike path to the beach just down the road.

Love Santa Barbara

The property is exactly as pictured, a cute attached unit with separate bathroom and bedroom. Everything we needed was there and very clean. The private beach is awesome! Just a 3 minute walk then down the path to the beach. There was only one other person there besides us. Beautiful view! James was great, it was easy to check in and out. We had to leave early and he was very gracious.

Great location in Goleta

This was a great find in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with covered parking and private beach access. The property contacts were great with responding and providing info on check in/check out. The house was super cute, comfortable, and dog-friendly. I brought my Boston Terrier with me and we had the best time, especially at the beach! At my time of stay, the extras they had provided were shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, beach towels, coffee pods, mini-moos, and sugar packets. I asked if there would be a blender or tea kettle and they provided both! The kitchenette really only has space for heating up food in the microwave and maybe making a hot drink, but the fridge/freezer is full-size so that was nice! The best part for me was the price, as this was cheaper than some of the hotels in the area and I was able to maintain my lifestyle (diet, exercise, dog) more comfortably there than the hotels.

Perfect for UCSB Parents

Wonderful unit with easy access to bike trails that go right through UCSB campus into Isla Vista. Stayed for our son’s graduation and were very happy with our choice. Hosts were very responsive to online requests and the whole process was simple and easy. Would stay again and recommend to others as a great alternative to the limited hotels in Isla Vista.
