Vår East Beach studio är söt och bekväm. Det är perfekt för en liten familj - 2 vuxna och barn; eller en soloupplevelse. Platsen är idealisk, bara 2 minuters promenad till stranden. Det är en mycket stor och solig studio och har ett separat fullt utrustat kök med matplats, stort rum med drottning säng, fantastisk TV, separat fåfänga område, badrum med dusch / badkar och enorma garderob. Vi har en uteplats runt ryggen som har grill och bord och mycket trevligt ställe att koppla av och njuta av en måltid. Det är en så trevlig studio, det är en fantastisk reträtt efter en lång dag och njuter av staden! Vi har allt du behöver i grannskapet, du behöver inte ens en bil! Vi har en lokal marknad på hörnet, SB Inn tvärs över gatan som serverar mat hela dagen och cykeluthyrning i nästa kvarter. Priset är rätt och platsen perfekt; kom och se själv! Santa Barbara Airbus har sin SB-plocka upp och släppa av ett kvarter bort på Hyatt, och det är det perfekta sättet att komma från LAX - det är en 3 minuters promenad och Airbus är bekväm och prisvärd. Det är ett mycket säkert område och bästa stället att vara i Santa Barbara!

Great little beach getaway!

The apartment is very close to the east beach and in a cute neighborhood. A little farther from downtown area but no big deal if okay with walking/ biking, like we were.

Quaint-need strong legs

The accommodations were quaint and very clean, extended quiet hours to 10 AM. Long flight of stairs to reach the accommodations.

Perfect spot

Great little place. Very quiet neighborhood. Never had a problem finding parking. Studio is upstairs in the back of the property. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, & the pier. It was a perfect getaway for my girlfriend & I.

East Beach Studio

I stayed at Jami's property for two weeks in February. It was very easy to communicate with her, and she quickly answered all my questions before and during my stay. The studio is very comfortable, clean, and well-supplied. Incidentally, it is much more spacious than appears in the photos. The neighborhood is wonderful, a short walk to the beach and easily walkable to stores and restaurants. Parking is on-street, and I always found a space on the block, usually directly in front of the building. It's a good choice for enjoying a lovely part of Santa Barbara.

Great apartment and location

This property is steps from the beach and within walking distance to Stearns wharf, State Street, and good restaurants on Milpas Street. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Jami is a wonderful host, very accessible and responsive.

Great weekend stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Gina was very accommodating when we had some last minute travel issues, everything was very clean and the location is amazing! There’s a playground on the beach about a 5 minute walk away, and you can easily get to the bike path and walk to the Funk Zone (it’s about a mile). We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

East Beach

We loved our VACAY in Santa Barbara. East Beach is just beautiful. Jami is a delightful hostess and even baked us a yummy banana bread. The location is super convenient, just across the street from the beach, an easy walk to the pier and downtown. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus.

Great home base

I am very happy we stayed in East Beach. Two great restaurants within a block. Only a mile walk down the beach to sterns wharf and state street. It was a quiet neighborhood. Always able to park on the street nearby.

Absolute gem!!

This place is amazing. Such a lovely little eclectic, and quiet, and perfect little beach gem. Perfect location to the beach and grocery shopping and even a food truck down on the corner. Shopping near by and bike rentals. Felt safe the entire time and parking was great too. Owners were a breeze and super nice. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Clean but a bit dated

The place was meticulously clean. It’s a bit dated but has all the basic amenities needed for a simple stay. Note: it’s up a long steep flight of stairs so be prepared to climb. We had some questions and the owner was responsible and was kind and helpful in m resolving our concerns. The location is very conveniently located for the zoo, beach and downtown area.

Cozy studio apartment near the ocean & downtown.

This location had everything we were looking for which was a place to lay our heads, hot shower and cooking capacity. It reminded me of my apartment years ago in NYC. Very easy to get to all the things we had planned to do and always had plenty of street parking. Highly recommend for the price. Host was very responsive to all questions prior to our stay.

Great Place for Couples

We really enjoyed staying at this upstairs unit close to the beach. It was close to everything and even had a neighborhood market just around the corner from the house. Jami was wonderful when we had any questions and was a very nice person. My only complaint would be the Wi-Fi,it worked well while sitting on the couch but it would go in and out at times.

Perfect

What a great place. We loved everything about this place. The apartment had everything thing we needed, the place was clean and the location was great! airport, beach, wharf, grocery store, downtown and the best tacos ever at a batting cage were within walking distance or a quick Uber. The host was accommodating in ways that she did not have to be. She even offered to mail back an item that I left. I would definitely recommend this listing.
