This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. Itâs not an overly big place, but itâs not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.
We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.
Iâve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but Iâm just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and Iâve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!

My name is Josh. I've been running a vacation rental for over 4 yrs now. It's been a great experience and I've met many wonderful people.
I live downstairs with my daughter, and our cat and dog. My day job is a crane operator at a local steel mill. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time on the local rivers. There are some great places here for kayaking, fishing, and sailing.
